Very caring understanding Dr I have seen in a long time. I was very well taken care of and cared for! Thank you to you and the nurse that evening! Wish I could see you as my family physician Dr Ritonja was excellent!

She was not professional. She ordered an X-ray for my daughter injured arm in the ER without even coming in to evaluate her first?! She then was very defensive when my husband and I would ask any questions why she would have her go to X-ray before even laying eyes on her about her injury. After seeing her, she then made my daughter take a pregnancy test, which would have been fine, but why did she want a pregnancy test after seeing her when she wanted the X-ray at very first without one?

Of course she wasn't pregnant. I told her it was not safe and poor practice to order imaging without seeing the patient first, because we made her mad? She was very defensive and rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Not a safe practitioner

Dr Aber and Parkview staff were excellent yesterday. She nailed the source of my chest pain with her professional knowledge and ordering the appropriate tests. Dr Aber was very thorough and took time to talk to me and answer all of my questions. Every staff member I was in contact with were very kind and professional and seemed to love their jobs. Thank you!

My husband took me to the ER in January due to extreme back pain. The ride to the hospital was excruciating, and I could not find a position that was remotely comfortable. The first physician that I saw feigned empathy, saying her husband also had a bad back. I was given steroids, a muscle relaxer, and an anti-inflammatory and sent home with the same amount of pain that I arrived with.

Ten hours later my pain was so bad that I was bawling and couldn't move. My family had to call an ambulance to transport me back to Parkview that same day. This doctor gave me morphine and spent a total of ten minutes with me, telling me I needed to see a spine surgeon. I was furious that I had to make two visits to the ER for the same issue in the same day, but that's a whole other story.

As if receiving a bill for the ER visits for $2500 wasn't bad enough, I later received a bill from "PEP" for $1250. What?!? This is absolutely double dipping and a disgrace to the medical field. Learn to do your jobs and TREAT PATIENTS, not business!

FRAUD! I will be initiating a class action lawsuit if they fail to correct my charges. Billing department refused to give me the billing codes until they were required to give them to my insurance. That's because they entered services that I did not recieve resulting in a bill that is over 278% of what the charges actually should be. This seems to be a common occurrence with them. Also, their doctor didn't even come in to give me the results of my CT scan or a plan of care until I refused to sign the discharge papers until I was told something after having a CT scan from injuries from a car accident.

I had a fracture in my face and severe swelling and he tried to have me discharged without even telling me that it was broken or that the recommended follow up would be to go to an oral surgeon, "but you don't really have to. It SHOULD be fine."

I have had a similar experience to other reviewers. In addition to this review, I have also made a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau, and I recommend all other people experiencing a similar situation do so as well.

I had exactly the same experience as the other reviews so far. Basically double-charged. And even though Parkview is in-network with my insurance, "Professional Emergency Physicians" is not.even though we have no choice of doctor at the ER. It certainly seems they are double-dipping. Pretty gross.

This is ridiculous. My hospital bill already has 1,200 under physicians and now I have an extra 1,500 for this professional emergency physician nonsense. U already charged me for my physician once. One of these needs to go.

I took my wife to Parkview Warsaw ER, my first mistake, and we had our first encounter with an ER doctor from PEP. After jacking up about an eighth thousand dollar bill between Warsaw and Fort Wayne he sent me a seven hundred and fifty bill for the ten to fifteen minutes he spent popping in and out of our ER cubicle. My insurance company refused to pay all but a fraction of the fee and the very SNOTTY billing girls, and you know who you are, threatened me with collection. The A.M.A. needs to be involved with this.

They basically piggy back hospital ER rooms so they can throw another bill for any ER visit. I spent 15 minutes in Parkviews ER for a back sprain and between the two companies I'm being charged over $1000. health care is a pathetic joke
