My Botox from here lasted a good 4 months so that's great but I did buy 1 syringe of filler for my tiny frown lines and wasn't impressed with what she did. She put some in my TEMPLES, why? Some in my cheekbones and some next to my frown lines. Why?! Basically I paid $600 for nothing as you cannot spread out 1 syringe that much. Ugh!

I have no idea how they could possibly have repeat customers. Staff is so cold. Pricing is absurd. Baiting and switching with the specials. Services end up costing less at other places even with the discounts. And once they charged me $130 just to tell me they wouldn't remove the mole I wanted to. Never going back.

I've been going to S&CS regularly for almost two years for "Brotox" injections. Both Dr. Puente and Dr. Shearer have not only displayed the utmost professionalism, both are very personable as well (which is somewhat of a rarity these days). Unlike other "dropshops", where it's a jab and grab type production atmosphere, I have always had an enjoyable visit, never feeling rushed, while having any concerns or questions answered.

Every nurse that I have encountered there have been on that same level as well. Very thorough and professional. Even when having to pull out the CC while checking out. again nothing but a good experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for outstanding work and results.

I made an appointment with them. Came and no one was in the office. I did not even get a call cancelling the appointment. I've been looking to find a place for facials, but irresponsibility is not in my list of qualities when I'm looking for a provider. Extremely disappointed. Maybe they are good with facials, but for a busy person like me, being responsible with appointments is also important.
