The front desk service is disappointing me. they just blame the mistake on the customer. I ask on phone when I can get my report, and they said "I don't know". they said I can take the expedite service, but after done they said"you aren't tell me at the beginning how can I get you information?" Really? you ask me that when you having my id and Insurance? and even if you have an appointment, you still need to wait an hour at least. go somewhere else if you can.

Called to make an appointment for MRI and the receptionist was very curt and rude, sounded like she hated her job and people. When I got there, had to wait over 30 min to be seen even though I had an appointment. The technician was very friendly but the receptionist were even more rude in person. They definitely need to be trained on how to talk to people especially if they are the face of the company and deal with patients.

I have been to this place before, no politeness but was efficient which serves my need. Today I was flabbergasted! I booked appointment and went in on time, The male receptionist asked loudly very private feminine questions without concern of patient privacy! I was so shocked! He showed arrogant and coarse! Don't know how did he qualify to this job?

Came here for MRIs, checked in got a temporary pair of. apron? to use. The tech was very friendly and accommodating. The lockers were convenient and the bathrooms were clean. It's right on northern Blvd so there's occasionally parking nearby which is pretty amazing when the rest of Flushing is so tightly packed. The front desk was a bit chilly but extremely efficient. Would've liked a bit more of that "receptionist friendliness" but they got my forms filled in quickly, took my insurance down, and did everything else pretty fast.

Well, I should have believed the rating in here. I gave them a second chance, but they failed. I called and made an appointment, but when I came they kicked me out politely because they said they don't accept my insurance. When I called my doctor which I was told they accept my insurance, I called them again to save myself some time. However, Kathy said on the phone "if we told you we don't accept your insurance, don't ever come back again" Then, I talked to the "manager" who said "I will announce that" Don't ask me what she meant by that, I do NOT even know what she meant.

I brought my brother here for MRI, about 20-30 minutes wait but it's normal in NYC. They have very friendly receptionists. I personally had a great conversation with one of them, about cactus, lol, isn't that weird! Everyone is patience here, love to engage in short conversations, overall a positive experience here!

I came here with my mom as a walk-in. And although the wait time if you're a walk-in is about 30min to 1.5hrs, the staff here does their best. My mom was in immense pain and had to lie down and when we asked the front staff, they called the manager who brought us to a spare stretcher in the back. She was able to wait there and the whole staff were accommodating. It's busy here but their customer service is amazing! Highly recommend.
