I highly recommended this office with helpful front desk and amazing physical therapy. Dr Dolgovina is knowledgeable and attentive. The best neurologist I have ever seen before. Special thanks for treating my migraines.

The staff and the entire business is really petty! Hold off of patients records and reports until you see the doctor in office just to get insurance payments when specifically the doctor asked me to see another specialist. Staff doesn't let you leave messages for the doctor if you have a question. This has happened on 2 occasions. On top of that when you actually go visit the doctor, she's super busy and acts like that you don't have an appointment and she's seeing you for free.

She was always either getting interrupted by her staff or by phone calls which she took while I am sitting with her for appointment. She stormed out of the room multiple times without excusing herself to answer phone calls. The doctor has 0 professional skills for a doctor, maybe she can be just take a back seat and be just a business woman wearing business suits and heels which she currently wears instead of scrubs and doctor attire!

Also without any clear diagnosis, she pressurized me to go for physiotherapy which again the physiotherapy clinic is run by her business. I will leave the bad experience of sleep study lab for another time! For now, just steer clear of any of her businesses.

I would give a million starts! Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish! Dr. Dolgovina is very understanding and listens to your concerns. She is taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. Thank you for being the dedicated, thoughtful, and compassionate doctor that you are! You always go above and beyond and work tirelessly towards a healthy outcome.

I feel so blessed to know you and have you as my doctor! Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. They were helpful, patient and helped with my insurance. The wait times are relatively short when I arrive on time for an appointment.

I've been seeing Dr. Dolgovina for some time and I'm so happy that she is my Neurologist. She discussed my symptoms and helped facilitate the tests needed to determine a diagnosis. She contacted me with results in a timely manner. The treatment was right and I feel so much better now. Finally I found the doctor that knows what she is doing. Recommended!

I find Dr. Dolgovina to be a very good doctor. I have had Neurologist that only run test with no results. She has helped my nerve pain and migraines. The staff however, is another story. They are so very rude. I experience it more over the phone, I guess since my interactions with them at the office is limited. At first I thought it was just personality, I know that Russians have very strong personality.

This is different this is straight rudeness. I refer patients to providers all the time. I even had a patient that I referred tell me the same thing I have stop referring people to this provider. I am thinking of changing because of the staff alone. Everyone deserves respect. If they don't want to services non Russian patients then they should not do so or learn to fake it.

There is a such thing as professionalism. I see reading the reviews I am not the only one with this problem and that says a lot. The only reason I even gave two stars is because I like the doctor.

They're all Russian speakers trying very hard to be polite to non Russian speakers, but their rudeness still wins over, and not just rudeness but also very mean front desk staff. I got there one hour early by mistake because they day before someone called me to confirm my appointment speaking Russian and I misunderstood the time. To my bad luck my daughter got sick on the same day so had to take her out from daycare earlier to bring her with me to my appointment to after it take her to her appointment.

I asked the front desk lady if I should come back at the right time and she told me to wait to later on just because she saw I got up to see if I was next at 3:30 which was the right time of my apt to moved me four pts down. So I had to cancel this appointment wait even more to get my money back to leave with my sick 2 year old child.

Highly recommend! Dr Dolgovina is definitely an expert and amazing at what she does. The kind of care provided to me was outstanding. Fast and accurate diagnosis followed by effective treatment. Office is well maintained and fully equipped, staff is pleasant, work ethics are great. I see medical providers quite often and have a lot to compare to and this doctor was definitely a find. Made me feel like my problem was ours, followed up until i got better, i felt comfortable and confident that i made the right choice. If you are looking for a doctor that will help this is the place to go.

I went to see her for my mom, she had the worst attitude ive ever seen on any human on this earth. Furthermore I spent 3hrs waiting before my mom got to see her. Her and her unprofessional staff seemed more concerned regarding money then attending patience. They robbed my moms insurence but provided no treatment. After our second visit we decided to switch doctors and go to Dr. Krishna at voorhees ave.

She refused to give my mom the reports for the two visits. I spent 2 months constantly calling for the reports. After making several visits in attempt to retreave the reports, her staff finally gave them. I would give this entitled nasty human a 0 if I could.
