Breast augmentation 3 weeks ago. Dr. Mcmahan and his staff made the process very smooth and stress free. I went into my surgery knowing exactly what to expect. The surgical center was amazing, the staff was caring, comforting and very knowledgeable in my procedure. Dr. Mcmahan did exactly what I asked him to do and I love my results. I couldn't be any happier with my BA.

I am almost 3 weeks post tummy tuck. This man is a miracle worker. I am so pleased with my results and I am still in the process of healing. His staff is wonderful and accommodating as well. Highly recommend seeing him if you have a need!

I had a great experience with Dr. Mcmahan and his staff. I had a breast lift about 7 months ago and am so happy with my results! Dr. Mcmahan listened to my expectations and gave recommendations based off of them. He recommended the least invasive option and did not press about getting implants, which I felt second guess by other doctors that I had consultations with. Nothing but love for James, Jenna, Kelly and the team at Dr. James Mcmahan surgery. I've been visiting Dr. Mcmahan since we moved here from the UK 3 years ago for various treatments, my latest being upper eyelid blepharoplasty. I'm over the moon with my results and after a fall which re opened one of my scars the team got me in immediately and Dr. Mcmahan fixed it like it never happened.

I think trust is so important in a plastic surgeon and I trust Dr. Mcmahan 100%. He is always professional and honest and his work is impeccable. Jenna, Kelly and the team are always so warm, welcoming and friendly. We are sadly returning to the UK soon and I wish I could take them all with me!

I had plan to go to another doc until I heard about Dr McMahon. I was very nervous and concerned that I was not going to make the right decision. I went to his office and saw his awards on his services. I felt I was in the right place for my breast reduction. His staff handled my mammogram issues like I was there only client. I was nervous all the way up to the morning of the surgery Now I'm 4 days past the surgery and it was the best decision I could of ever made. I want to personally thank Dr MCmahan and his staff for making this a possible. I'm so glad I came to Dr McMahon and not CAPS.

I had incisionless Otoplasty with local anesthesia so I was woke during the whole procedure. The doctor explained everything that would take place and the procedure was painless. I was always worried about by ears sticking out and now I no longer have to worry. My ears look normal now. The procedure was great, he did an awesome job. Im happy!

I had a rhinoplasty 15 years ago by Dr McMahan. He did not listen to what I was asking. And when he finally did he said well that would require. then reassured me he could do it. I should have seen the red flags with his hesitation but I was young. He even made the comment we can always do another surgery if you don't get the result you want! Big red flags!

I had a bump and a long nose. The bump is gone but still left with same size big nose. He should have just told me he wasn't comfortable doing the procedure or lacked the ability. But to take my money as a young 20 something year old is wrong and unacceptable. He did not achieve what I went there for and did not come even close! And when he said can come back wanted to charge again. Do not go to this doctor for a nose job!

I had a consultation with Dr. McMahan. When he came in the room he was sniffling his nose every single second and caughing. I was literally terrified to take off my mask. He then interrupts me talking amd doesn't excuse himself and awnsers a phone call and just leaves the room. He didn't give me any feedback or real advice to what I wanted to do. I was so frustrated when I left.

I went to another surgeon and they actually cared about what I wanted to do and gave me ideas on how to get it done. From my experience Dr. McMahan is unprofessional. Now he could have just been sick and not feeling well but still be professional and actually care when people are coming to you for help.

Dr McMahan listened carefully as I tried to decide how to proceed with removing my implants. He was very patient with me and tried to hear what I really wanted and didn't pressure me to do anything. He detailed what to expect. I was prepared for the worst based on some pics I've seen but I could not be happier! He did do a mini lift and removed some excess skin and I love the results.

I also didn't have to take any pain meds at all - pain was minimal. Office is friendly and always on time - no long waits. Overall I felt he truly wanted to do what's best for me. Couldn't recommend him enough!

Per previous comments, I wholeheartedly agree that Dr. McMahan is amazing at what he does. His staff are very friendly and the procedure was quick and painless. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for excellent care and highly skilled work.

Dr. James McMahan is a very accomplished, skilled, and compassionate surgeon. He listens to you (so be clear) and takes the time to answer any and all questions you may have. His staff and surgical team are friendly, professional, and caring. The care before, during, and after my breast surgery nine months ago was amazing and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Plastic Surgeon.

Dr. McMahan is the best! I came to Dr. McMahan on a referral from a friend. I have long considered a tummy tuck to repair my abdominal muscles after two prior surgeries in college for a bowel resection left me with my ab muscles cut straight in half (and 2 pregnancies did not help the area!). Dr. McMahan explained everything to me in detail during my consultation and I signed up for the surgery that day.

His office staff was WONDERFUL preparing me for the day of surgery and making sure all of my questions were answered. I felt very comfortable. I was undoubtedly nervous the day of surgery but Dr. McMahan, the nursing staff and the remaining staff at the surgery center made me feel so at ease. The entire process was seamless and exceeded my expectations.

I was extremely comfortable after surgery and the pain was far less than I anticipated. Dr. McMahan called me the night of surgery to check in and continued to follow my care throughout recovery. He is a phenomenal surgeon and I am so thrilled with my results! I highly, highly recommend him!

Dr. McMahan and his team are very professional and caring. I had gone to see him about replacing a chin implant I had done a couple years earlier. Dr. McMahan did an excellent job of picking a new replacement implant and correcting my previous surgery. I have seen a couple different plastic surgeons and would recommend Dr. McMahan over all of them.

Went in for a tattoo removal and was walked through the whole process and the staff were more than happy to answer all of my questions. My first appointment went great was in and out in about 5 mins and after 5 more appointments my tattoo is now almost none existent. Was a great experience and would highly recommend to others.

Wow! My results speak for themselves - Dr. McMahan is the man you want! As a wife of a surgeon - my husbands compliments speak to the results you will get and couple that with my experience as a patient - I can't imagine going to any other plastic surgeon. Dr McMahan is experienced, professional, honest and delivers! I had a breast augmentation and it was one of the best decisions I ever made (aside from marrying my husband, of course!). I told Dr McMahan what I desired my outcome to be and left the rest to his discretion - I could not be happier. I'm so thankful to Dr McMahan and his staff!

Dr. McMahon is a 5 Star Doc. He is a perfectionist and delivers on his promise. I definitely recommend him if you are considering ANY cosmetic procedure. His staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Amazing Work. Great Person. After seeing Dr. McMahans' work on many of my clients, I not only went to him myself, I only recommend him to others. He did my tummy tuck and thigh lipo. He's a botox genius! His staff is just as cool as he is. Love them all!

I had a tummy tuck with Dr. McMahan a month ago after consulting with several surgeons. His office staff is amazing and I have never had to wait when I have an appointment. He was honest about what to expect before, during and after surgery. I never felt like he was trying to sell me and I felt that way in my other consults. In fact, he did the opposite when he told me I didn't need a procedure that I asked about.

I was impressed that the night of my surgery Dr. McMahan called me at home to check on me. As a nurse myself, I know that's rare to find a doctor who does that. I'm so pleased with my results and I'm still recovering so I know it will just continue to improve. I feel that from consult to finish he took my needs and "wishes" into consideration and it shows in my results. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have a cosmetic procedure!

I came to Dr. McMahan in October 2014 for a consult on a breast reconstruction/augment. I have tuberous or tubular breasts, a hormonal deformity since birth that makes them completely different sizes with a more 'tubular' shape. Dr. McMahan answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable before surgery. I scheduled surgery for 2 months later in December, and everything went nicely.

Recovery was a little rough (but this can be different for everyone). Fast forward 1 year and I'm 100% happy with my choice of doctors and the results from surgery. I would highly recommend him to anyone. *Side note: I got a second opinion from another plastic surgeon in Columbus, and when I told him who my first consult was with, he TOLD me to choose McMahan.

He said, "If you would have said any other surgeons name, I wouldn't be telling you that, but he's the only one in Ohio I would say that about." It's clear that he is highly regarded in the medical community, and his work proves that.
