Dr. Bagenstose is absolutely wonderful & I will truly miss him, as he's been incredibly helpful in treating my allergies & asthma. However, the staff at this and the other locations are just horrible. Rude, careless, bothered, condescending.the bad adjectives go on & on. The staff is so difficult, I'm choosing not to return. Hopefully I can access Dr. Bagenstose at another location. (I'm certain the doctors are fully aware of how bad the current office staff is, just from watching his interactions with them.)

I so much didn't like the high price and short conversation of the dermatologist and her assistant there, they almost unfriendly and give you the feeling that they are in hurry to get rid of you. I got an emergency irritation in my skin due summer and i had the visit there but so much unenjoyable experience.

I have wasted 2 days coming to this office. Initial consultation with NP just so she can recommend a peel. I came back on a scheduled day for chemical peel and they told me they don't have it in office. I cleared my schedule and weekend for this. They are poorly organized and very rude. I am very unhappy and not going back to this place again. Clinic was also empty both times that I went there so they don't have patients probably due to poor services.

The building and atmosphere are professional. Appointments are extremely rushed and questions are not welcomed, even when a diagnosis is not explained, nor any treatments. I was told there wasn't time to talk about what I needed to even though time with the actual doctor was less than four minutes at the most.
