I worked here for about 20ish days and this was the WORST experience I've ever had. There's no communication, the lead MA was high everyday, took 2 hour lunches, hid charts from the rest of us so she wouldn't have to help out, screamed and yelled at us when we asked questions, etc. There was ZERO training, charts were messy, the clinic was dirty, everything was a a wreck.
The owner, Van, liked to brag about having money but told us he can't pay us what we're worth because he doesn't know us well enough claiming when we're clocked in he "owns our a**es, we're replaceable, and he didn't mind shutting down the clinic because he's from Las Vegas" whatever that means. Myself and 2 other new hires worked for three weeks trying to replenish this toxic clinic and it wore us out so fast we just left.
We were kept after hours for last minute meetings to be disrespected, blamed, and berated by him because of HIS poor management of his business. The more we showed our worth, the less we felt valued. And to top it off, after he fired someone he immediately called me to gossip about it and basically made me feel like I was in constant competition with my co-workers which was incredibly unprofessional seeing as though he fired that person for being just that. Offered me a raise if I stuck around! WHY WOULD I DO THAT?
The turnaround here was about 12 days. Drs were quitting left and right, staff were quitting left and right, common denominator? The owner Van, his brother Long which was also an MA and travels to the other locations, and the lead MA who was finally let go after submitting dirty urine. PATIENTS: y'all were amazing and so forgiving and I appreciated all of you but do not return here.
I wouldn't even bring my DOG here! Unfortunately there are many locations, avoid them all. My review has been honest and transparent and I hope that others will take this into consideration before sending their clients and family to this dump.

I have worked with this clinic for 11+ years and over the last 5 months the service has been awful. They bill our company for services but don't provide any results. I have sent multiple emails to the office manager & staff, and made multiple phone calls to try and get our employees results with nothing in return from them. We will no longer be sending our employees there.

Called in late afternoon with an urgent care need. The staff member who took my call was very helpful and kind. Upon arriving, the clinic was very clean, all staff members were wearing masks as you would expect from a professional group and my wait time was short. The care I received was very thorough. I found the staff members to be professional and caring I would recommend this urgent care facility.

I came here for l&I. My wrist was injured and I got PA Tom weissenberger. He's a joke, barely looked at my wrist. My last visit I didn't think I was ready for full duty because I was still in pain with weight or pressure and as I was explaining why he cut me off mid sentence laughed at me and said I'm clearing you for full duty and walked out. That weekend I was reinjured on the job.
Again he doesn't listen to his patients and honestly I don't think he cares to. Cutting people off mid sentence was very common happened every visit. He was very rude and when I called to get another appointment with a different Dr the secretary was rude as well.

Employees do not consistently wear masks. I have witnessed multiple front office workers with no mask, and saw one of the nurse/medical assistants? with his mask on his chin while talking to someone else in the back. Facility is filthy; noticed crumbs on the Mayo stand. Staff is not regularly washing hands or gelling before touching patients. One front office woman in particular is EXTREMELY rude and talks to patients like they are less than her.
Some of the medical assistants are friendly and great but the majority of Westcare is a complete joke and hazard. Seems as though staff needs to take some infection control classes as well as communication classes.

This facility should not be allowed to exist. I had a checkup yesterday for the Army and the staff was incredibly unprofessional and unkind. I waited 1 hr and 50 minutes to see a provider, completely unacceptable. When I politely asked about the delay I was told that they, "only had one Dr. today." When the doctor finally arrived she was curt, dismissive and breezed through the visit with little attention to detail or empathy. Last year the Army sent me here as well and I waited 90 minutes to be seen so clearly they are only getting worse.

In the past I hadn't been impressed by the care I received- however, today I was cared for by Tom W. He provided EXCEPTIONAL care! He was extremely thorough and explained everything very clearly. I felt like all my concerns were listened to and addressed. It's very apparent that quality patient care is his first priority. I follow up with him again in 2 weeks and am very satisfied.
