The doctor we seen was very nice, and thorough. My grandson liked the visit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is clean. You have to call them when you get there and they'll come and let you in. If you have to do a covid test, as we did, they won't let you in the building. Instead, they come around and meet you at the side door with all of their testing equipment and do it right there. Then you sit in your car for 5 minutes and they come out with the results. We were negative, thank God.

We will definitely not be returning here. After 13 years of never missing an appointment, today we had to call to reschedule our appointment due to our water heater springing a leak right before our scheduled appointment, and started flooding our house, so we needed to reschedule to deal with it, the receptionist was extremely rude and had a complete lack of understanding of the situation. Also, previous to this final situation, there was the fact that they had been trying to force us to come in for an unnecessary check up during the covid pandemic when one of our children has a heart defect, so we have been very careful and see it as unnecessary to go to a place sick people are going. We still take him to his cardiologist appointments, because they are actually neccessary.

Both my children have been cared for by Evelyn Ebalo since birth. The staff are kind and friendly and very helpful. Ms Ebalo always asks how are family is doing she's amazing with my kiddos. If my children are sick they always get me in right away. The nurses are helpful and call me back within a few hours of my call. I highly recommend others to this office it's amazing.

This place is shady. I took my baby in for his normal 3 month checkup and he has had ongoing issues with acid reflux since he's been born. We go in and talk to the doctor. She asks her normal questions on how he's been. She then asks me how's his acid reflux. I tell her he's fine and we've been giving him the medicine she prescribed and it seems to be helping.
She then asks if I need a refill. I tell her no. I go on my way. I get a bill a few weeks later charging me my co pay $25. I thought it was old so I threw it away. I now go in for his 4 month checkup and checkin with this older lady. And she asks me if I wanna pay my co pay I owe them. I proceed to ask her what for. She tells me for my baby's last visit.
I tell her that was a normal checkup. She looks in his records and tells me it's because we discussed his acid reflux issues. I was shocked. I told her how can you charge me for something the doctor asked me about. I didn't bring it up! The doctor asked me the questions. She then proceeds to show me the paper I signed which states if we discuss any health issues we will be charged for that visit!
I ask the lady so what should I have done? Tell the doctor I don't want to answer her question? She tells me yes. What the heck. I refused to pay the $25 and they made me sign another form (the same form I signed in the beginning). We never went back.
