I have been going to this clinic for several years and have seen by two different PA under supervision of Dr. Krauss medical review. Both PA's have been very kind, competent and good listeners to help me with my medical needs at age 60+. I referred my niece (almost 22), and she feels very at ease with them too. The front desk staff are very courteous and timely to return my calls and respond to my refill medications from my Pharmacy.

Another plus (for me) about this medical clinic is that you can have your blood test right in the office instead of going to another clinic for blood work. When I arrive to my appointment, I don't have to wait hours like some other medical clinics. My experience from my past doctor offices, I learned to arrive to my appointment on-time and follow the protocol of 10 minutes arrival cut-off policy that insurance companies enforced doctor offices to follow.

This clinic is a cozy place and it is not a fancy clinic with bells and whistles to impress me! The quality of patient-doctor care is what I need. Lastly this office is a not a crowded place full of patients in the waiting room with different illnesses specially in these days that quality of air to bread is essential in closed rooms!

The doctors are good. Not professional customer service in the office and have been going here since a kid. Glad to go elsewhere and not be bumped around from different doctors or nurse practitioners.

This place is the best place for quality care. I have been going here for years and it's always a pleasure. Long story short, if you want great care, give this place a shot, I've read all the other negative reviews and they do NOT have a clue as to the quality you are getting for the money. These people genuinely care about each and every one of us that ask for help. Either I die or they die, that's the only other way I would even THINK about changing doctors. 5 stars? Phhh, easily a 10!

If you like to call the office for a prescription and wait days for it well this is the place for you! Then when you go in for a "refill appointment" and your blood pressure is high because well you have high blood pressure and are already irrated that you have to go over the same meds you have been taking and then you are told you are going through withdrawals, called an ADDICT (I'm a lot of things and that's not one of them) and some other things I'm still trying to forget.

I realize the Nurse Practioner is new.it was her second week first time I saw her didn't have my chart, knew nothing about me except what I made the appointment for. Then my second appointment about a month later for the refill appointment once again she came in without my chart again telling me she didn't know how to work the computer system.then goes to check my blood pressure(the medical assistant did it the first time) she couldn't use the sphygmomanometer so she had to get one of the office staff to do it!

The point is when you go to a DR, NP, RN, etc. you are going to hopefully receive help, get a little sympathy, possibly some empathy, but not judged and slandered. She was very unprofessional and crass. It was absolutely the WORST experience I ever had at any Dr office in my whole life. During a time when everyone needs some care and kindness you really failed Lisa Duran and I know you are only a year in, but for the sake of other patients do better.

This clinic will not renew my prescriptions until I come on for a check up. The only time o can get away from work to come is during the 2 damn hours they close during the day. I work 6 days a week. I'm absolutely done with this clinic.

Dr Krauss, in his new capacity as a MDVIP associate, took my wife as patient when she fell ill with pneumonia during our cross-country trip from Columbia MO to Ocean Shores WA. He and his staff provided top notch medicine with a big dose of down-home comfort and hospitality to two traveling strangers. We left his office feeling that we'd been his patient for ages.

His staff arranged for X-Rays, blood test, pharmacy services within an hour, and sent us on our way. The next day, staff called to check on my wife and to set up a follow up appointment. Dr. Krauss is a fine addition to the national network of concierge doctors working under the MDVIP umbrella. We have belonged to the MDVIP network for several years, and this is the first time to use it while traveling. It's a seamless connection for access to professional and caring physicians and staff. I'm not sure why all the bad reviews but I've never had an issue here! The ladies at the front seem to be nice and I have never have to wait more than 10 minutes after I arrived to see my ARNP Diane Ames. She has always been super nice and straight forward. Actually listens and finds a way to treat me without all the prescribing pill after pill. Hope they keep up the good work I have always seen!

I would prefer to give 0 stars. This has been the worst Doctors office I have ever been too. Front desk staff is not only rude they also do not follow through on anything that needs to be done for their patients. And when you have to call several times to get things done the annoyance on their behalf is made very obvious, there is a huge lack of communication skills within staff to nurse to doctor.

A immediate feeling of not being welcome there as soon as you walk to the front desk. Doctors make you feel rushed, little time for communication, not everything that's being discussed is written down in your files. Very judgmental about writing about the way a patients "looks" into their file. I am very disappointed.

I agree with the reviews concerning the office staff not getting things done nor the doctors calling in prescriptions. I had to call 3 times to get a renewal on blood pressure meds. I was told they were busy. I said, "Isnt having this medication a priority?!" I got the renewal that day. Follow through is below zero. The person that left after decades is absolutely right in their review. However. even with all the bad reviews nothing has changed, besides all the doctors, PA's, & ANRP'S leaving.

Now there's only Kruass & Leighty left. Says a lot about what's going on. People stay because its inexpensive & not a lot locally. I left. pay more now, but MUCH better care & service.

Not a good experience at all! Receptionist was rude and didn't know how the difference between a well child check up and a sports physical. Not the same thing! Messed up on my billing too. I would not recommend! Oh, and made it a point to tell my husband how much he would pay if he didn't have insurance, what does that have to do with anything! No bad comments on Dr. They just need a new receptionist.

Horrible! there staff is RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL and doesn't return phone calls. Everybody who works there is unfriendly! Kayla the girl who answers the phone has no clue what good customer service is who ever is the office manager should be ashamed. They make you feel guilty for having them to do there job. The nurse Julie is amazing! Shes the only person that was nice.

There is no welcoming feeling about this place! I would pass on this place! There is one doctor and one nurse that I encountered that were nice that's it! Old fashioned decor and old fashion rudeness!
