I have been going here for 7 years since my first baby was born. The biggest problem I have is that they have a super strict late/no show policy. I have been given a chance before but they let me go today for sure. I have had a divorce, death, and Covid lockdown back to back all within 2 years. Life happens and they are so strict they lost a loyal patient.
I have always been kind to the staff and to Dr.lindgren even if they weren't kind to me. Dr. Lindgren can be knowledgeable but also can be a bit condescending. I put up with his sometimes high and mighty attitude because sometimes I'd see the nurse practitioners and they are great. Overall upset with the front staff and Dr. Lindgren, don't wait seven years like I did, just find someone else that actually cares.

You will not get after visit summaries as others have mentioned. They make you sign patient intake forms that state they will not do business with you if you show up late x amount of times or no show. Multiple children for a single appoint count as separate failures of attendance, hence why so many reviewers have been told to take their business elsewhere.
The customer service is terrible over the phone and in person. Their patient intake forms state that you need to agree to their privacy policy and to ask the staff if you have any questions. I didn't sign it as I wasn't given any policy. When prompted to sign upon check out, I was told that the paragraph stating I needed to agree to their policy WAS the policy.
No other documents to provide. Ridiculous. I scheduled that visit originally to get my children caught up with their school vaccinations. No time was spent on my children, only Lindgren telling me to get vaccinated for Covid. He made fun of other patients, especially women (his words were it's always women) about covid vaccination hesitancy. When I challenged his reasons, such as to "protect" the children, but kids cannot be vaccinated, and the vaccine does not kill the virus, allowing spread, then taking the vaccine is pointless as if I get covid, my children would as well simply due to proximity.
I even mentioned my family had covid already, so we had antibodies, so the vaccine was pointless. Now research suggests that delta variant is a result of the virus mutating to dodge antibodies generated by these same vaccines! He shut up and left. The nurse that came in and did the actual shots was fantastic and a sweetheart. That is the only positive to say about our visit.
My children will never see these people again. Being treated as an anti-vaxxer during a VACCINATION APPOINTMENT is levels of stupid I simply cannot understand. Everything he said about covid-19 was wrong and dangerous.

You know what's amazing? A Doctor who helps the parent AND child feel better at the same time! Dr. Kimberly is truly one of the most sincerely sparkling sweetest humans I've ever met, She is knowledgeable and comforting. Thank you so much Kimberly! I don't even know where to begin with my level of satisfaction from this office! The front desk women always can squeeze me in somewhere if need be and the duo of nurse practitioner Ally and Doctor Melissa is unbeatable.
They are the epitome of those who have "a calling" they are so warm hearted and genuinely concerned in getting your child back to feeling 100%! I could go on and on.kind.beautiful.smart! Thank you Healthy Future!

The Nurse Practitioner we have seen here twice is outstanding! He is excellent with our 2 year old son! So far we are very happy with this place! Great people up front and definitely a lobby for kids! Oliver has fun while waiting to be seen! Thank you for making things so comfortable ladies and gentlemen.

My son is 4 months old. He's been to this clinic 4 times. 2 of the 4 appointments took over an hour, I don't know if they ate over staffed or what. A checkup shouldn't take that long. He's seen 3 different doctors at this site. That didn't sound right to me. There's one receptionist that's nice and always greets is when we're there. The nurses seem to be annoyed to have to be there. Please! If you don't enjoy your job found something else. Majority of the staff members don't make you feel welcomed. I wouldn't recommend this place to place.

We have been coming here for 5 years with both of our daughters we had not had any issues until we had our nanny we hired. The nanny had into the missing 2 appointments unknown to us along with hiding our child's medication, We got the issue resolved kids have been back on appointments with no issues we Have missed one appointment due to a calendar being not updated with a new phone provider and now are told that we cannot come back after 5 years of taking our daughters there this is completely unacceptable. I will be sharing this on all of the local forums as well as leaving reviews on every form of social media and review center online.

Let me start by saying this place is AMAZING! I went to a lot of doctors offices when my kids and I moved to Thurston county and was very unhappy with all of the places until I found this one. They are always so warm and welcoming as soon as you walk into the building. They work with you for appointments and even offer same day appointments which let me tell you is an absolute life saver for a single mom of three kids!
The doctors are fantastic and the nurses are simply the BEST! They all do everything they can to make your visit as easy as possible. I only know one nurses name, Ally she's a wonderful lady! My kids absolutely love her! When they are upset about having to visit the doctors(cause let's be honest what kid really enjoys shots lol) I remind them that we get to see nurse Ally and their entire attitude about going to the doctors office changes almost instantly.
She talks to them about their days and school and just makes them feel so important with the short time they see her during their appointments. I recommend this office to everyone i talk to about pediatrician offices.

Been taking our daughters here since birth! Dr Lindgren is amazing we love that he's more preventive care and not always trying to give medication to young children. he always provides us with excellent recommendations and his staff is very friendly. it's a little annoying sometimes to see the different nurse practitioners sometimes but now that we usually see the same ones it's not so bad

There are a lot of positive qualities to this office. It is a lovely building with a colorful and open waiting area, but we have never had to wait longer than two minutes for our appointment. The scheduling is easy and the availability of walk-in hours is nice. The staff are all friendly people and we haven't had any negative interactions thus far.
The reason that I am giving it four stars is that my wife and I often feel subtly judged and still receive comments about our parenting attitudes that we do not request nor require. I think we have been 'spoken to' on at least three occasions about the 'dangers of co-sleeping', most recently at our ten month visit. There was a sense of subtle condescension that made me question my actions when otherwise I had no doubt.
When we had to stop breast-feeding on account of a medication my wife needed we started making our own formula using goat milk - originally they were very opposed, but our next visit the doctor had researched the homemade formula and was on board. I did respect that. Also, we believe in vaccines, but feel that children are over-vaccinated and vaccinated too early.
We are doing a slower approach, which they allow us to do, but sometimes the language they use makes us feel guilty or unsure of our decision. I just wish that we felt more encouraged and accepted there, but maybe this is a common feeling of new parents at a pediatrician.
