Saw Christina Linkiewicz recently. She diagnosed my back problem over a year ago by ordering the appropriate tests to determine the cause of my pain. She then referred me to PT with a thorough script. After several months I felt better. Christina is smart and listens. She will tell you honestly what she thinks the issue is, what results one can reasonably expect and is easy to talk to. A real lifesaver!

Dr. Hester and the office staff were great. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The staff were friendly and professional. No long waits in the waiting room or to see the doctor. Can't recommend Boston Orthopaedic enough!

I've had excellent medical care from the doctors and exceptional customer care from the medical admins and office staff at both the Brighton and Cambridge locations. Genuinely caring and so helpful when I was down and out and really needed a hand.

Incredibly saddened by the care I received. I am having trouble with my wrist, and at my appointment, I was called in 45 minutes late. At that point, Dr. Green sent me on a wild goose chase to find an open xray machine in the hospital. By the time I returned, I was rushed out, told to sign an ipad quickly for a wrist brace, and was only told that the brace would be covered by insurance.

Come to find out, I am being charged $250 for a brace that is available at various stores for under $30. After insurance, it still costs me $113. Nobody cared to explain the price, show me where the price was mentioned on the document I signed in a rush, or that I could just get it somewhere else. When I called to ask about this, the billing agent was immediately defensive and was washing her hands of any help she could provide.

I'm already having trouble making ends meet, and now I'm expected to pay over $100 for a $30 brace? I've emailed, but am not expecting any sort of helpful response. Not to mention that my wrist is still messed up - and I'm scared to make a new appointment, who knows what new charge will pop up? Thieves.

Not recommended. 1 whole year of frustration, wasted time and money. Extremely inefficient staff. I called to set up a follow up and they told me, because of the pandemic, that it will be a virtual call; I never got a call or a link for it. When I call to asked about the missed appointment by the Doc, they just told me that the Doc was too busy, so they rescheduled for another virtual call. which never occurred, of course, they never called me. Came to find out a year later that the staffing set up the virtual calls as regular visits and the doc thought that people just didn't show up; seems like it happened a lot.

When I finally made it to the office, I was told that I needed a shot, that Angelica was going to call me to set it up. Angelica never called. I followed up 10 days later, still no call. Followed up 45 days later, called every possible number until someone started the process. Gave me an appt for the shot, I showed up on time, 40 min later I was still waiting to be seeing; they booked so many people that they can't see everyone and they run supper behind. So, if you do book with any office of BO, bring a book, or work with you because you will be there no less than 45-60 min waiting time, it happened twice: at the Mt Auburn and at the Brighton facility, same MO.

Very considerate and efficient. Dr. Green was very attentive to the hand as well as the patients overall need and knew best path to proceed. Laid out all options to make an informed choice. staff ensure appropriate follow up.

I had a bad experience at the Waltham office last week and left a one star rating. Response was rapid from someone from the office. She was polite and helpful. She promised to look into the situation and have Dr. Green call me which I requested from the front office and from her. One week forward I heard nothing from anybody despite calling the Waltham office and requesting to talk someone in charge.

I have been in Cambridge office as well. Overall I wanted to update hoping that situation would improve sadly it isn't. I am seriously considering to look for a different medical options besides this office. I lost trust in them.

Absolutely a great experience with Dr. Jennifer Green. I had a broken scaphoid and had 13 weeks of casting. Dr. Green is an expert at wrapping casts! She's extremely professional and knowledgeable and would take the time to listen to all of my questions and concerns, I never felt rushed by her. Surgery was an option right from the beginning but with her help and expertise I decided against it, I never felt pressured by her to do so which was nice. Don't hesitate to see her!

The best office to work with. The care before and after my surgery was spectacular. My surgeon Dr. Simon & PA Christina Linawicz solve my neck issue. I FEEL GR8!

My experience at pro sports orthopedic was poor. I felt that the doctor was rushing out to his next patient and not fully answering my questions (this felt more like the fault of the practice than the Doctor). When my follow-up appointment was scheduled for 15 minutes with an X-ray, I asked if I may extend the appointment to talk to the doctor more about long term prevention (I have had similar injuries in the recent past) and original cause.

I was declined extra time and rushed again. I still don't know why the injury occurred in the first place and was told to talk to my primary care. I still feel some pain at the site of my injury 6 months later and have recently gone somewhere else more willing to help figure out the source of the problem and give time for discussion.
