An Allergy is a condition in which one's body reacts in a specific and undesirable way to a substance to which it should not react. The word 'allergic' is a very specific term used to describe a sensitivity to an allergen that causes the release of histamine (and other substances) that lead to the symptoms you know of as 'allergies' (itching, stuffy nose, sneezing, etc).

I had my first appt with Dr. Haden and I was very pleased from sign in to check out. I had an allergy test completed and the nurse was wonderful, very friendly. Dr. Haden was very attentive and answered all of my questions. He didn't seem to be in a rush to jump from patient to patient (which is what I usually encounter with specialists). Overall I had a pleasant experience and glad I was referred to Dr. Haden.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Haden to anyone needing an allergist. His bedside manner is approachable, kind, and friendly. My son is a new patient. Dr. Haden really looked over his chart before coming in. He knew his history, medicines that he was already on, who his other doctors were, everything that was on the patient forms that I completed online.
The office staff was friendly upon check-in. The lobby/waiting room is spacious and clean. The restroom was also clean. My only "complaint" was our wait in the treatment room. While we were called back in a timely manner and the nurse ran a couple of breathing tests, we were there for 2 hours before we were seen. Even then, the atmosphere is so relaxed that I didn't realize how long we had been there until we went to check-out.

I was extremely pleased with my visit. The staff was kind, friendly & very helpful. Dr Hayden was so nice & caring, asked questions & listened to everything I had to say. He was seemed truly concerned & took all the time that was needed to figure out the best course of action for my condition. Called in prescriptions, even gave me some samples. Have follow up soon. Highly recommend Dr Hayden.

Very organized. I did not wait long for the appointment. Dr. Haden was so nice, LISTENED and gave me great feedback. I was tested immediately for what I came for (with results) and further testing was recommended. I went in there feeling like I was overreacting about "allergies" but left with confirmation. The nurse "Maria" was very sweet and communicated great. I didn't get the sweet lady's name who checked me out but she was super helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Haden and I'm glad I forced myself to go.
