Each time I go I have issues with front desk and management. One time they Kept me waiting 1hr. and a 48min in the waiting room! No apologies. Next appointment, front desk gave me the wrong time. When I showed up for the time I was told, I couldn't see the doctor. I was told I'd have to wait 2 months! Whenever I've gone, it's been one nightmare after another. I've never had a good experience with front desk. Look somewhere else.

Went to Dr rizen today because I have eye floaters. He wasn't mean but seemed so rushed and I feel like he just wanted to get out. Basically told me that I just should try to ignore it and not much can be done. I feel very slighted and like I didn't matter at all. Would not recommend this clinic at all.

Such a professional and caring receptionist. Five stars for her amazing attitude. 5 stars for Dr. Davis. Perfect place. Highly recommended in case of any eye issues.

I "tried" making an appointment for my mom and the lady was very rude while trying to make an appointment. Yes I told her she was rude and she asked who are you calling rude. Anyway I let my mom's doctor know that the referral place she recommended "was" this place unprofessional in making an appointment. Anyway they're are other places to go too. THANK GOD!

I saw Dr Miller at the Eye Clinic of Bellevue and the Eye Clinic of Mercer Island. Both locations were great! Dr Miller was excellent and very caring with me as a patient. She listens and explains everything she is doing. My vision became cloudy in my left eye due to a prior cataract surgery 11 years ago. Dr Miller cleared it up using a laser. My vision is back to normal now. I highly recommend Dr Miller.

Dr. Rizen and his staff are fabulous! I have been fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Rizen for several years. He has taken such good care of me and cares deeply about his patients. His staff is definitely top drawer. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Been with eye clinic of Bellevue since the last 10+ years. Friendly staff, quick annual visits and easy to get appointments. Dr. Rizen is very thorough and diagnosed and treated some early issues with dry eyes. Overall, happy to be here.

Needed a fairly urgent appointment and they got me in the next day. Easy location with ample free parking. Check in was fast and smooth and I saw the doctor without any appreciable wait in the lobby or the room. I received a professional and focused exam, and was given a clear explanation of the problem and course of treatment. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I haven't had my eyes checked in a couple years and as I was browsing places to get my eyes checked the eye clinic of Bellevue was recommended by a handful of people! The process of scheduling the went so smooth especially with the employees being so helpful! When I arrived there was signs saying to call or text on arrival so I called in and this young gentleman took care of me over the phone because I was unaware of which entrance to go to.

He told me to enter through the east entrance and from there I got screened. I happened to be wearing a medical mask, and they said if I didn't have a mask or a medical mask they would supply me with one which is super kind of them to do so. After I got screened I checked into to the front desk, I gave the receptionist all of my info and I filled out some paperwork on an iPad and it was so easy to use!

Once I got everything filled out they called me back and I was able to get my eyes checked! The technician was so nice and explained everything in full detail because I wasn't too sure what was going on. Afterwards Dr. Phan came in and checked everything out with my eyes and she was so helpful and told me what I needed to do to take better care of my eyes.

From there I was done! It was an exciting experience at the eye clinic! I can't wait to go back for my next appointment! I forgot to mention that there's a nice fish tank in the waiting room to keep you entertained!

Dr. Davis has taken care of my eyesight for the last five years. He saw me early on a Sunday morning to help me after my dog bumped my eye. I was in excruciating pain and desperate for some relief. He was very cheerful despite having to come to the office on what should have been his day off. I appreciate his skill and professionalism and I'm grateful to have him as my ophthalmologist.
