The 3rd floor staff worked and took care of me super above and beyond! They have a phenomenal team of staff! Mayra Young, Juliette, Jane and Pedrito really stood out in making sure I was receiving the best quality care! The 3rd floor staff is just excellent!

Came here to show my insurance card to help with my bill. The older woman kept asking if I needed to see a doctor no matter how many times I said I was there about my bill. She acted like she was deaf like I am while pointing hard at me or my insurance card. I didn't understand. She didn't want to help me. Then she took care of the two women that came after me.

I was in shock at her audacity. I showed her my cochlear implants to her to emphasize that I am Hearing Impaired with them on. She quickly turned away and got on the phone to contact a nurse. Then I barely hear her tell me to go sit down. A nurse comes up to tell me to calm down and to wait til she is done with the women who came after me. They had to enter some Information on the Computer.

I felt so discriminated by her. She had no empathy whats so ever. Pointing hard at me and putting other people in front of me was not cool. I will just have to get my insurance to contact you to pay the bill and never come back again. $500 bill for giving me over the counter allergy medicine for my severe allergy attack I had in March. It didn't work. Should've gone to Urgent Care cuz they know to give me a higher allergy medicine dose that's a non narcotic prescription.

You have a big sign talking about Heroes, well maybe you need a real hero as your secretary who has compassion. Today is May 10th at 9:30am. As a person who is Legally Deaf without my cochlear implants, I deal with a lot of discrimination for my disability and hoped this place would not employ people who disregard disabilities like I am an annoyance like shooing a fly away.

The attention rendered was A1 +++. My mother went in for out minor surgery and, out fairly quick. The attention rendered to her was A1 ++++. My thanks to the hospital staff. Keep up the outstanding job and, many thanks Jorge Salomon.

Came into ER on 4/28/22 and from the moment I arrived, the attention and care was outstanding. Extremely professional staff, from ER staff, nurses, assistant nurses, maintenance, doctors, technicians; everyone, all outstanding and awesome. Couldn't have asked for a better group! A special mention and heartfelt thanks to some special people; Katherine, Doni, Amanda and my most favorite one, Lemay. You all made my stay a very unforgettable one. I promised a review and I've kept my word. You all rock!

I almost died thanks to the ER in this hospital. This hospital after two visits (03/08 & 03/10) and multiple tests told me I was pregnant & "just bleeding", that I was fine and to go home. The ER Dr on 03/10 wrote in my discharge papers that in TWO Weeks to go get a check up but that sometimes pregnant woman bleed. They saw "nothing" in my ultrasounds, two of them.

I came to find out four days later that I had an ectopic pregnancy and had hemorrhaged with only hours to live before I died. Thankfully I went to another hospital and was taken into emergency surgery and survived. DO NOT GO HERE.

Yesterday I had a surgical procedure done at coral gables hospital and in a word it was FLAWLESS! The staff, Nurses, were --top shelf! And the doctor ( surgeon). Dr. Perito is simply the best! I couldn't be more satisfied. they were all courteous, efficient, and very professional even though I am not bi-lingual, they all were and did an excellent job for me! Thank You for your professionalism!

Gave me my summary of visit with all of the take home instructions in Spanish for some reason? Now I cant read any of this. Called for help and everyone said they couldn't fix it, would have to call back tomorrow etc. Ridiculous. Just because I look hispanic does not mean I speak spanish. One star because the nurse seemed to actually care when he treated me.

Amazing staff, all the nurses, practitioners, doctors are super kind and genuine. I had a surgery and they made me feel very comfortable from the begging to the end. Also very punctual and organized.

My mom has been in this hospital 2 days, waiting. She came in with a broken wrist. We were told she needed surgery and had to be admitted for fast processing because seeing her as outpatient would take days. 2 days later we are told she may not need a surgery but nobody makes actual decision. One doctor says we are waiting for another. The doctors don't talk to the family and the family cannot be present at the time the doctor comes just once a day.

Right now considering the huge risk of taking my mom out of here and to another hospital. The risk may be worth it. Avoid this hospital. Avoid it! DO NOT get admitted here at the very least.

It feels like you walked into a time warp, it's a shame. It should be updated, upgraded brought up to date. The nurses and doctirs are all kind inside the ER. Martha the front desk nurse was very nice and helpful. Jovana, my in laws E.R. nurse was very kind, very sweet.
