We are pleased to offer a new and secure portal for patients to keep current with their lab results, medication list and visit summary. Patients can request access to our Secure Patient Portal by providing a valid e-mail address upon registering for your next appointment. The Patient Portal provides a platform where we can quickly publish medical information for review online.

Do not go here. I had an appointment booked to visit the doctor for 3pm. I arrive and there is a sign posted on the door of which states 'will return at 5pm'. Obviously frustrated that I wasted my time and gas, I called the clinic of which is the doctors personal cell phone-no answer. He calls me back an hour later only to be highly disrespectful and hung up on me when I said I had made arrangements to go elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Horrible, Absolutely THE WORST doctor experience I have ever had. Unbelievably rude, extremely unprofessional, and most definitely will never come back here. I should have known better than to expect anything good to come from a doctor who has his office next to a corner store. Awful experience, dont waste your time here.
