Rub Pediatrics has provided care for my family, children and grandchildren, since the late 1980s. The doctors and staff have always been extremely professional and thorough. I have recommended them to client, family, and friends for their children as well and always receive thanks and compliments for the great referral.

Terrible experience! Completely unprofessional, stay away! Took my child for a simple follow up ear infection visit after visiting the doctor earlier in the week. First, they asked for payment which is not a problem, I paid them. We were admitted to the exam room and an intern walked in and said he will be checking my 9 month old child and report to the doctor, I thought it was odd and very unusual because after all I expected to be see by a doctor not an intern.

He proceeded to check my baby and walked away, a few minutes later another intern walked in and in the presence of the first intern performed the same check up at which point I felt that this is absurd! I paid and expected to see a doctor and I asked they a doctor come in to the room, which he did just to confirm that all is okay. I will never on my life thought that this is possible!

They simply don't care, I understand the interns need to gain knowledge but to put my child's health in the hands on an intern without a supervising doctor is unheard of! Shame on you for running a practice like this. I will never come back to this office.

They are my kids pediatrician. I know them since 2004. They are very helpful and they go extra miles to help us. Thank you DR. RUB BROTHER.

Amazing Dr! I met him at the hospital, really friendly. He really cares about, and he invests time in his patients.

Avoid this doctors office at all costs. For the longest time I was loyal to these doctors because I grew up with their father as my doctor. I was even willing to travel from Coral Springs just because I knew their family and wanted my kids to grow up with the same doctors. But after their father died, the kind treatment I used to receive at their offices have drastically declined.

The nurses are beyond outrageous and have a tendency to only treat Spanish speaking customers with kindness. I've notified all the people I referred to go there to stop going and avoid them. And I hope whoever reads this will heed my warning and save themselves the headache of dealing with their terrible service and unprofessional staff. If you know of a doctor office in the Miami and Broward county area who values all their customers despite their ethnicity, please leave their name and number in the comments.

Something is up with that place. I just went in for a blood test. Nurse was nice and was trying to calm my fear seeing from my own blood. When the blood test and I was ready to leave, Beny Rub walks and starts acting very creepy around me. Felt something was very off and out of no where had me lean against the wall and started "examining" me. It was the most terrifying experience and as I wasn't sure if this was normal. Was my last day I set a foot to that place. Don't go there.

Stay away from Beny Rub. That guy is a sicko. Seriously, who lifts their patient's bra up against the wall without their consent and examines them like that while smirking?! What a sicko. No way this guy is a doctor!

My experience was not very pleasant. I came to this office looking for a pediatrician for my unborn daughter I spoke to Dr Rub talked to the nurses and the staff and decided to use him when my daughter was born. I asked what had to be done and they gave me paperwork to fill out and to turn it in after my daughter was born and the doctor saw her at the hospital, I accepted and asked if they would take my insurance gave them the physical card, checked it and said they had no problem taking my insurance I asked again if they wanted the paperwork filled out and they said no to bring it the day after she was born. the day finally came my daughter was born everything went great Dr Rub came saw her checked her out and said to make an appointment to bring her the day after the hospital.

The day after the hospital I called to make such said appointment and they said they do not accept my insurance and never have. My insurance paid for everything at the hospital except Dr Rub because they are not on the network and when I asked why I was getting a bill when originally I asked if they were on my network they said it was a MISSUNDERTANDING that I was now responsible of paying I asked to make a settlement or payment arrangement since me and my wife lost our jobs do to covid-19 they declined and said if I didn't pay them that day they would immediately send it to a collection agency.

I paid them as I fell threatened by them I don't think it was fair what they did and this should serve as a warning to anyone who wants to choose this practice for their kids. CONSUMER BEWARE!

This place is completely screwed up, front office employees are rude. Very dirty. Even during Covid 19 they should clean once a while and so far seating here for 1 hour 10 minutes no one cleaned the surface. The biggest concern is why during Covid 19 when appartment should be scheduled very strict 1 person at the time I'm waiting already in front the office for way more than an hour outside. Now still waiting I decided to leave this feedback to make sure parents are looking a different options before coming here.

Absolutely amazing I couldn't be happier fantastic service the doctor is exceptional I have nothing but a five star rating for them.

THE worst experience i have EVER had with a pediatrician. My first time at the office with my son and after having a BRIEF discussion about my concerns, his response was: Your son has a lot of problems. Who freaking says that to a mother they JUST met with absolutely no background or history on anything. He has NO tact in speaking. terrible! just terrible!

Great team. I love the staff. The doctors and nurse practitioners are always helpful, thoughtful and offer lots of good advice. Sometimes it gets crowded but that is to be expected particularly during the school year.

Although no Pediatric Offices is perfect, especially when they are busy moments of many ill kids, this office wait could get long sometimes. However, Dr Benny Rub is always excellent and very detailed. He has personally called me back the next day to follow up on my kids. He is extremely confident andthoughu in his work and I highly recommend him.

Horrible Experience. Wish there was a female nurse in the room with me. Dr. Beny Rub seems really creepy. He got sexually aroused when he examined me and is way too flirty. Very unprofessional. Not sure how in the world he's a doctor.

First of all GLORIA i just wish one day god will forgive u for what ur doing and for all the miss calls and for all the extra dollars that ur trying to take from me and I'm sure from other patiences. just to let u know and u know exactly who I'm a case is open in the court about my refund and u will be called soon to verify all the money missing. THE OFFICE all what matter is money $$$$$$$$ they don't really care about the babies my son is missing his shots and no one called to say that they don't have them because of the hurricane u have to go there and than wait and than ohh sorry we don't have vaccines for now call next week.its like I'm going to the grocery store asking for candies; i called next week and the answer was ohh no we r not getting vaccines for at least 3 weeks.thank you for letting ur patiences know about this.as i said all what matter is to pay and than pay. DOCTORS the older RUB is a good doctor very helpful and I'm wondering what he's doing there he deserve a better office a better staff he's brother he was making fun of my son because he was sick he couldn't stop laughing because the color of my son's poop, very disgusting and unprofessional reaction. we both me and my wife were in shock. Dr. Beny Rub and his whole family and support team have been amazing. They offer a warm heart and helpful advice in raising a healthy child. I've never felt rushed and while I rarely wait long, I know that if we do it's only because of an emergency and he is helping someone in need.

My 3 kids had been treated by Rub Pediatrics (10,7,3 yrs old). After moving from Virginia 5 years ago we were looking for a doctor with flexible hours (sat), easy appointment set up system, and referrals. My kids had seen all Doctors here and their PA's when needed. They are very helpful and quick in assisting with referrals. My kids had been properly referred to specialists when needed and follow the corresponding treatment. Dr.

Mark and Beny Rub are caring professionals. I love Dr. Beny's honesty. He has seen all my kids and my last son since he was a newborn. Dr. Beny has gone beyond in giving me advice not only as a doctor, but also as a parent, and friend. I also appreciate the different ways of communication that are available. I am a busy working parent, so I had been able to get forms, referrals, communications not only by phone, fax but email.

Which is super helpful for a busy mom parent of 3. Everyone in the staff is very friendly, approachable and professional. Bilingual at their best. We strongly recommend this Pediatrics group.

Both Dr. Beny Rub and Dr. Mark Rub are excellent doctors. Not only are they knowledgeable about what they do, they are caring and compassionate. Any concerns you have about your child, they always take the time to listen and give advice. The staff has always been helpful ever since we've first started going here until this day. Some are friendlier than others but we've never been treated rudely.

They also have a nurse practitioner there who is decent but you can always ask to see the doctor. The nurses are good, and Luz in the referrals is always pleasant. They have valet parking in the building which is free once you get your ticket stamped from the front desk. Very accommodating with appointments, I don't remember a time that I requested a certain day and time that was not available.

If you have a sick child/emergency they will always see you that same day, even without an appointment. They are the very best at what they do and I highly recommend them. I've checked out other pediatric offices, and there's no one else I'd trust with the health care of my kids.

I cannot recommend Rub Pediatrics enough! They're extremely responsive, knowledgeable, available and attentive. Their diagnosis is always spot on, and they are very methodical in their steps to rule out anything that could lead to a mis-diagnosis. They know me and my children by name and remember their full history, which is extremely comforting. I've been to too many places where you are just another number.

My youngest son gets sick often and I've had to come in several times without an appointment, I've even had to call the doctor at midnight, and I always get an immediate response. One day I had to rush my son to the ER for stitches and Dr. Rub called ahead of time to ensure that we would be seen immediately. There is no one better than Dr. Beny, Dr. Jose Marc and their team.

I have to say that the doctors are great but their stuff are rude and it's like they try to charge you for everything they can. The first time I came the front desk didn't even acknowledge I was standing in front of her and when finally I said something she directly wanted to charge me for the visit without even asking if I had insurance. Today I came because my child had an eye infection and they charged me because I didn't have an appt.

I had called before coming in and they said it's alright never mention extra charges for a walk in. I'm changing doctors because I really feel this people should learn about customer service.

We love all three of the Dr. Rubs. All three of the Rub has been taking care of my six year old daughter since she was born. To tell the truth my daughter suffers asthma and I don't think I could find a more caring group to take off her. Whenever she is sick Dr. Beny Rub will call at least once or twice a day, to check on her. She was in the hospital only one time, for four days all three of them visit her and sure she was okay until we left the hospital.

They are the best. Been taking both of my kids there since they were born. Had to switch to another pediatrician due to insurance issues, which we resolved and came right back here! They actually genuinely care about the kids. They almost always accommodate the day/time you want for an appt, and if your child is sick, they will accept walkins even if there isn't an appt for that day.

They are usually pretty fast about seeing the kids, yes there's been days where we've had an appt and had a long wait due to emergencies, but there's been plenty of times when we walk in with a sick kid and get seen asap. I highly recommend them. ***I'm updating my review today as I had a not so good experience with the nurse practitioner.

However Dr. Mark Rub was there and assisted me regarding my concerns. This is the first time I've had a problem, so from now on when making an appt I'll specifically ask to see Dr. Rub. I could see how this type of an experience would make a bad impression on a new patient.***

I am giving a star for the reception staff and the nurse. They were very nice. As for the doctor, I am still angry at how you made us wait and then rushed us out. I also was very disgusted to see that you did not wash your hands when you came into the room. As a new patient I expected you to ask questions about my daughter, and give me the opportunity to ask questions.

You appeared to have one foot out of the door the entire time, so I just gave up and started my search for yet another pediatrician. Clearly you do not need any new patients so we will not bother you again.

I used to be a patient of Rub Pediatrics (like 15 years ago!) and once I found out I was pregnant, I knew that they would be my children's physician. It is completely different to be on the parent side of things and I couldn't be happier with my experience with Rub Pediatrics. They actually CARE about your children and their well being. I wanted to write this review because most recently one my babies was sick with fever and it turned out to be strep throat. Dr.

Rub spent time with me to calm my worries of our first fever and even called to check on us the next day to make sure my daughter was reacting well to the medicine and feeling better! It's one of those things you never hear about with doctors any more. They have that old school patient care mentality and the kindest bed side manner. I highly recommend Rub Pediatrics for parents who are looking for the best quality care in South Florida for their children.

I have been taking my 3 children to dr run for more than 10 years and we have had out share or problems including stitches, concussions, broken bones and severe illnesses. I have not found any dr today who cares so much about there patients helping with emergencies getting pre registered at hospitals and follow up calls and care. That are top notch in my book and to the lady who had a bad experience it must have been an unusual day as they take care of patients even when they are full and give each patient plenty of attention instead of a quick look and out the door. Rub pediatrics is wonderful!

I switched from another pediatric "mill" to Drs. Rub back in 2004 when my second son was born. I love this practice. I have never had to wait more than an hour to see the doctor without an appointment - which is real important to me as a working mother. Once in an emergency at 5p.m. on a friday when my baby had an attack of croup and wasn't breathing too good at the babysitter, they kept the office open until I went from work to pick him up and brought him there.then the doctor himself called me that night and again the following morning (Saturday) to check on us.
