Dr Tran, was so pleasant. Took care quickly which is appreciated. Testing too was quick. Ty. Eyeglass, purchase etc took long. Keyboard not working, card swipe machine needed started up. But people were very helpful. The online info process, is some times bothersome by repeating the info over and over. Too many emails, reminders etc. But over all, great job.

My first time here on 05/19/2022. I was really impressed with everyone there, from the receptionist, the staff to the doctor. Dr. Williamson is great! Nice, personable, thorough & explains everything in layman's terms. I've been wearing glasses for 60 of my 67 years and am always leery on taking on a new doctor. I've had good ones and I've had not so good ones. Dr. Williamson is one of the very best. I will be going back to her.

Today's visit was timely and pleasant. My visit with Dr. Williamson was very helpful and quite detailed. She answered any questions I had and didn't seem to be in a rush to move on to the next patient. Checking out didn't go as well. I handed my card to the technician for payment, when she finished she threw my card on the desk. I politely, told her to hand it to me the same way I had given it to her. Otherwise, I could say my visit was pleasant.

Dr. Heriberto Ramos has always been a pleasant healthcare provider. The Complete Family Eye Care staff was courteous and professional. My only concern was the mask wearing requirement, which continues to tow the fearmongering, unscientific narrative about asymptomatic spreading of coronavirus. Prescreening and asking people reschedule if sick, covers all safety bases. If the staff wants to wear face masks, then fine. Stop pressing patrons to do the same. This entire COVID issue is about control.

The name suggests they treat families, yet they don't know the first thing about accommodating children. they think it's acceptable to ask to have young children separated from their parents in the waiting room and during the exam room. when i said that wouldn't be the case, the power hungry office manager gave specific instructions to make sure my children were brought to separate rooms. the vision tech asked for my permission before walking off with my child, and i said no. Update: i was asked on three separate instances to separate from one of my two children. once when we were first called back, i was told "the oldest will be called back in a little bit" i refused to leave her in the waiting room alone, second when some (maybe not the office manager, but she def thought she was in charge) she said "we MIGHT have to room them separate" and i said no and she said that i would go back in forth through the rooms, again i said no and third while i was still addressing the separate room issue the tech asked if she could take my oldest into the room to continue testing her vision. if y'all in fact do not separate children, why was that option suggest three time in a 15 mins period? and if the children are from the same family and household, wouldn't sharing one exam room be more efficient? then other patients can use the extra exam room. do not worry about contacting me. we will not be back.

I was seen for a scratched eye. They got me in asap, everyone I spoke to was professional and kind, the office was clean, the equipment they use is advanced, state-of-the-art technology. I was seen by both Dr. Williamson and Dr. Tran, they were caring and informative about my injury and treatment options. I felt very take care of.
