I cannot recommend Dr. Anderson highly enough. He has such a pleasant demeanor, is caring, , competent and professional. His whole office-the check-in staff, the medical assistant Carolyn and OT Debbie are just the best!

I'm so glad to have my injured wrist to be treated here. The therapist Maryam is very professional and considerate to help my wrist recover. The staff Felly is very helpful from all aspect. I will miss them.

Doc Anderson is one of the best doctors I've ever dealt with. On a scale of 1-10 he is an 11 in all aspects. He genuinely cares about his patients and it shows.

Horrible service. I brought my kid to see a doctor there and my kid got an arm cast from them. Before we leave we made an appointment to take a cast off however the cast was uncomfortable and we decided to have it removed before an appointment day. So we had the cast removed at another doctor office as Proliance doctor said we can have the cast removed at our primary doctor if it became painful or uncomfortable, so we did.

I called proliance to cancel an appointment and asked if we need to make an appointment for an X-ray, I was told that by the receptionist that their MA is going to talk to their doctor and would call me back. Well, they never called me back. After a few days I called them again and was told that the MA was out of the office and she will call me the next day. This is a week ago, still no call. Bad service!

Dr Guyette is hands (haha cause he's a hand surgeon ) down the best hand surgeon I have been fortunate enough to have found. He is so knowledgeable, kind, funny and professional. On top of that, he is always on time. I have had way too many surgeries with other excellent surgeons who have not been as good with their time management. But I have never felt rushed during a visit. He is attentive and thorough. He really is the best! I recommend him with 0 reservations or exceptions. Thank you Dr Guyette and also Danielle who is his great MA!

Proliance staff and Dr. Todd Guyette handled my wrist and hand problems very efficiently and professionally. I am now 5 months out from my surgery and treatment and can give an objective assessment. I am 71 year old, now retired, dentist with a lifetime of heavy handed use and abuse. I waited longer than I should have and gave them a difficult series of problems to deal with.

Immediately following surgery and injections, I could sleep a full night without my hands falling asleep as well. A good nights sleep was really welcomed. Sedation was quick & efficient and made for a very short procedure for me. The pain was minimal and needed only a single Tylenol as the anesthesia wore off. Healing was as predicted and following instructions made for a quick recovery.

They are still 71 year old hands having to go with a 71 year old body but they have given me some more mileage and comfort. The follow- up after surgery was excellent. Thank you for all the improvement I have received. In a time of covid and a pandemic Dr. Guyette and staff were able to get my medical needs met without any complications. Good luck and stay safe. I came to see Dr Guyette for chronic arm and wrist pain due entirely to my 34 year career working with computers. He did not initially suggest surgery, which I like from a surgeon. He listened carefully, then sent me off for nerve testing, then a cortisone injection. I ended up with carpel tunnel surgery which ended my arm pain! I have the tiniest incision and after a month, I am remarkably better. Really wish I had done this 10 years ago!

I had a bad broken wrist and needed additional surgery. I was referred to Dr. Guyettes office. Connor was the first to greet me. He introduced himself and explained the process. After surgery I did my physical therapy with Kristin who was also so friendly and nice. She too took the time to explain the process and what to expect throughout the rehab process. Dr. Guyette work is fantastic. I needed a plate and screws put in. 10 weeks later, I have my complete motion back. The healing process was far better than I could have ever expected. What a great team!

Dr. Guyette is terrific and everything you want in a surgeon - precise, communicative, highly skilled and a good sense of humor to boot. I had a thumb CMC Arthroplasty at the end of October. My surgery went well with no complications. I had complete confidence in the outcome because my surgeon and his staff made sure I knew the details and potential difficulties, as well as supported me in my rehab. Shout out to Kristin Rosen and Kathy Nielson, OTR for the therapy that has helped with recovery and restoration. They are the best hand therapists out there.

Dr. Guyette has successfully seen me through three hand/wrist/elbow issues of varying complexity and duration, some requiring surgery. In addition to the great outcomes I have experienced all three times, Dr. Guyette is caring, empathetic, and informative along the way. His staff demonstrates excellent teamwork, appointments are held promptly and efficiently, and billing is both clear and accurate. Dr Beck is absolutely top for wrist surgery. I had carpel tunnel surgery in May and I am healing fast and are able to do my work as a hairdresser. Trust him he is the best. Thank you I can't wait to do my other wrist.

This doctor is nothing but the best. Excellent communication, very good listener, very compassionate and so kind. Extremely funny and all around great sense of humor and very professional. I arrived on a referral with two broken bones. I forgot to bring my insurance card. They accused me of not being covered and refused to set the bones. My hand has healed with a curve in it. They keep sending me bills for my copay (so I was obviously covered). I will not pay you guys a thing for a job you didn't do. WORST SERVICE EVER FROM A DOCTOR CLEARLY OBSESSED WITH MONEY OVER HELPING PEOPLE. Go to hell.

Dr Guyette is one of the most outstanding and exceptional doctors I have ever been to. He is genuinely compassionate and listens to his patient and makes you feel like he is 100% present and interested in helping find the best treatment for your injury. I was having pain from 4 trigger fingers in my hand. Not only did Dr Guyette explain to me the cause of my medical problems, but also tried corticosteroid injections for a few months before discussing surgery.

The doctor made sure to keep the surgical procedure as minimally traumatic as he possibly could. His staff are kind and friendly too. Truly you could not find a more compassionate, dedicated or skilled surgeon. Thank you for giving me my hand back, Dr Guyette!

Dr. Guyette is an amazing medical professional with a calm and easy going approach to his patients. He helped me through the process of healing my injured thumb starting with a shot which only provided a short term fix and ultimately surgery which gave me back full use. His support staff are friendly and willing to assist with any questions. I showed up for my surgery at the wrong location and they were amazing (at both locations) to help get me re-directed and into surgery without needing to reschedule (even though I was 20 minutes late when I arrived at the correct location).

Although I was full of anxiety and had little sleep the night before, his staff helped to calm me and made my experience so much more easier that I was anticipating. I strongly recommend Dr. Guyette.

They got me through a consultation and into surgery three weeks before The Everett Clinic would even do the consult. A rapidly growing granuloma on my finger tip was the size of a cherry pit (horrifying to think how big it would have been if I'd waited three or four more weeks to remove it). Despite that, the scarring and numbness in the fingertip was minimal. Professional and fast in fixing an issue that was preventing me from working. Would recommend.

Dr. Guyette is the only hand doctor I will recommend to any of my family and friends. I cannot say enough on how well I was treated. He took the time to explain and treat the situation I was having with my hand with care and concern. The staff is excellent and they treat you as a person. That is rarity these days. Always pleasant and happy. The complex is high tech and no rescheduling for a x-ray, or MRI. The surgery center is right there too. They do medicine right.

Dr. Guyette was very helpful and friendly and informative. Took the time to explain my xrays and his diagnosis and suggested treatment. Had to wait a bit to get an apt, but worth it. Very nice office staff. Lots of parking around building. Coffee stand inside building. If you need a doctor or surgeon for your hand, wrist or elbow - Proliance Hand, Wrist & Elbow Physicians (now called Pro Hand) are great. Oh, xrays, mri s and physical therapy on site/in bldg.
