I cannot say enough good things about this office staff and the doctors who work there. They treat you like family and did I mention those Drs were so smart saved my life I didn't even realize I was about to loose. Great young men. So through with everything and I've seen just about all of them at one time or another. And I left the heart practice across the street bc of being treated like a number, the overbooking, and did I mention they did a heart Cath on me on the wrong side of my heart for my symptoms and said they needed to re do it, when they were going over results with me?; Which is how I came to this office.
And am I glad I did it has already added 4 years to my life when I was just probably days away from a serious heart attack along with a hereditary heart lung disease. Thank you so much Dr Varguese and Dr Mogul. Please always stay in fort worth or Weatherford don't know what we would do without you.

Felt rushed by the Electrophysiology doctor like he didn't have time to listen. It was bad enough that after I left I realized I didn't get to talk to him a couple issues and questions I wanted to talk about. TheI was referred Dr Khammar by a physician friend has you see NP, he stopped in 10 mins on my first visit and agreed with her treatment plan.
I will say Kerrie the NP has been very responsive to my calls and emails. They ordered me a pulmonary/sleep study and took a month to call me to with the referral, still waiting on thi appointment. Just not sure I want to continue at this group after today's visit in conjunction with everything else. I also work in the medical field and know how busy doctors are nowadays but I think paients need to have trust in there physicians and feel comfortable. Not sure what to do at this point.

This was my first visit to The Heart Center of North Texas, and every aspect of my visit was impressive to exceptional. The appointment notification system was very effective. Every member of the staff at check-in were prompt, courteous and efficient. Having received a link to the patient registration documents early expedited the visit. That was a very welcome process, and one I had not experienced at any other initial visits to a medical provider.
Once I began the initial on-boarding process, every member of the medical staff was professional, attentive and confident. I was made fully aware of the purpose of each step of the process and any questions I had were addressed fully. After being seated in the examining room, Dr. Newman arrived quickly. He took a remarkably thoroughly history and explained the significance of each portion of his physical examination as we proceeded.
He developed both a short-term and long-term plan for my medical care and ensured that I was included in many aspects of the planning. He was both friendly and engaging. At the conclusion of the examination, I proceeded to the patient check-out. The process was again professional, friendly and courteous. My experience can be summed up simply: I was treated like a VIP.

It's very scary for a 72-year-old to have to go to the cardiologist--so much so that my blood pressure was 154 over 82 when the nurse first took it. My introduction to the staff was very positive. In fact, one staff member--Rachel, I believe--complimented me on my proper pronunciation of my doctor's name. The nurse was equally friendly. It did a lot to help ease my stress.
I hesitate to think what my blood pressure my have been if it were not for their friendliness. My meeting with Dr. Chakilam was extremely positive. She answered all my questions knowledgeably and did much to allay my concerns about my cardiac health. Finally, when I checked out, the staff member--Raquel, I believe--was very patient and helpful with me while I went back and forth checking my calendar to schedule a stress test. All in all, my visit was very positive.

It was my first time meeting Dr Kammars NP (Kerri I think) and she was so nice and understanding. She really listened to me and assured me not to worry, even after my little breakdown.i always see dr Kamar and if you ever get the chance to meet him he is one of the best doctors I've encountered, however his NP was amazing and I felt totally at ease by the time I left!

I am so glad to have met Dr. Malik. He was very thorough in his assessment and we have come up with a comprehensive testing plan to get answers. Very personable and caring - didn't rush me and asked follow up questions. Everyone I encountered from the front office ladies that check you in and out to the nurse who took my blood pressure and weight were very friendly and kind. I'm looking forward to working with them all to get to feeling better! Thanks Dr. Malik and Staff!

Check-in staff is friendly and fast. Wait time in main lobby is never too long which is much appreciated compared to other Doctors I have. Jessica is always Friendly and helpful, Lupe is very supportive in providing assistance and of course Dr Newman is always very engaged and informative. I never feel rushed to get me out and get all my questions answered.

I was very satisfied with every aspect of my visit with Dr. Mott. Staff was very caring, respectful, pleasant. I had a very long wait, but I expected it when a physician answers all your questions and doesn't rush you out the door. Every patient deserves the same patience, and understanding of their illness from their doctor, as Dr. Mott and staff provide. I have no complaints.
