We are beyond grateful to have found Dr. Alyson Hedgepeth. This is a physician who is remarkable for embracing a strong philosophy of care. Every scheduled visit and phone call is carefully considered, well -organized pre-emptive in strategy, and attentive to the whole picture (not one isolated diagnosis or test result).

My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Brian Bilchik. My husband has been seeing him since 2006. Our experiences all these years have been nothing but the best. We are cared for here as though we are a family member, with expertise, compassion, and thoroughness. We are very grateful to the entire practice for all they have done and continue to do for us. We would and have recommended them to family and friends.

Dr. Bilchick at the Lown Cardiology Group had been my cardiologist since I developed a/fib 20 years ago. He and the other cardiologists in the Lown Group were wonderful, always on the cutting edge of changes and innovations in treatment. When they changed to a Concierge Service last year, I reluctantly stepped away because of the added expense. I soon found out that getting the same level of care through my HMO was not possible, so I made the financial commitment to join their new Concierge service. The peace of mind I get with them was worth far more than the expense. They are a special group of doctors, always at the forefront of the science and the latest treatments.

My family have been patients of this group now for 4 generations! The Dr Bilchik and his staff are top notch! I myself has been a patient since 7/2006 with the results of bad genes I had bypass surgery in December 06 I thank this team for being here today. Thank you

Dr. Kelley-Hedgepeth's team at Lown Cardiology works very well as a true team for health, prevention, and care. I'm greeted as a person, treated as a valued person, and cared for by skilled, personable, and empathetic people. Dr. Kelley-Hedgepeth is a remarkable cardiologist, up to date in medicine and cardiology, devoted to her patients, and focused on providing the best care by people to people. This is the cardiology group to patronize!

Dr. Lewis has been my cardiologist for a few years and she is an amazing doctor. She has helped me work with and recover from POTS and looks at my overall health, not just specific to the heart. She and her staff spend quite a bit of time evaluating vitals, and orthostatic blood pressure from different positions which can reveal a lot about what is going on.

She has supported me and advised me adequately through various health challenges. I am so grateful to have her and Low Cardiology Group as part of my healthcare team. I trust and read their Harvard Health newsletters which are well researched and quite relevant to the times and health challenges of today. I highly recommend Dr. Lewis and the Lown Cardiology group as one of the best group of health care providers in my lengthy experience of healthcare.

I have been a patient of the Lown Cardiovascular Group for over thirty years, and have received excellent care during every routine office visit, and especially during times of cardiac episodes. Each staff member, from the front desk staff to the trained medical staff, have always been kind, thoughtful, attentive, respectful, and caring. Emails and telephone calls have been returned promptly, and there has been very little wait time when arriving for appointments. Appointments have never been rushed, and the doctors have always taken great care to explain my diagnosis and treatment. I cannot imagine there is a better qualified and more caring cardiac practice in New England.

Clear communication, prompt care, warm and supportive staff, good privacy, open sharing of results. Helen Glaser and Brian Bilchik were unstinting with their time and broad caring for me. Results and planning options were fully discussed. My appreciation of and commitment to this treatment site is renewed.

Dr. Hedgepath was engaged, non-judgmental, patient and detail oriented. She immediately made me feel very comfortable to share open and honestly. I came away with a strong opinion that she would treat me as an individual taking my wellbeing and quality of life as a whole into consideration when recommending treatments for my particular issues.

I feel very good about Lown Cardiovascular Group. My experiences have been very positive, particularly with my cardiologist, Dr. Dara Lee Lewis, who is thorough; incredibly knowledgeable about cardiology (and, judging from conversations and appointments with her, she has medical and practical knowledge/advice over a wide spectrum of medical/wellness issues); and also spends much time with her patients, which is much appreciated!

The practice is warm and welcoming, and the young woman who took my EKG and other vitals during my most recent appointment was particularly kind, friendly and helpful. Also Lown has had these terrific webinars on various topics having to do with various aspects of wellness, and the most recent one was about Covid, and was particularly helpful and informative.
