HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The doctors are WONDERFUL here. Very professional and they provide excellent care. They have a 24hr line with a doctor on call.

I was seen here with Dr. Paik about 5 months ago to check my discomfort for the first time and found out I was pregnant. I was so happy about it as I had been waiting. Also, since she speaks Korean, I feel comfortable communicating with her. She is a genuinely caring doctor you will see when you meet her for sure. And staff here are nice enough to welcome me all the time.

The front desk, phlebotomist, sonographer and medical assistants I met were friendly. The front desk lady who were wearing glasses is so nice enough to explain insurance benefits and my responsibilities. Sadly, I ended up deciding to switch over to other practice because of a long distance from my place. As my husband and I got worried about the fact that the delivery hospital is somewhat far. I will miss Dr. Paik and her team and strongly recommend her to anyone.

I love this practice! I have been going to them since 1993 and all the doctors are wonderful. Dr. Winterling delivered my two babies and she did an excellent job.

The receptionist is really rude and they don't want to help customers. Anytime you call you have to wait on hold for 3-4 minutes to be attended and they are not friendly. I am really disappointed because I like the doctors and the location but the service is very frustrating. I feel I have to beg to get an appointment. I hope they revise how Jackee Sandoval answer the phone and assist customers.

Went for my first doctor appointment at 9 weeks pregnant. The doctors office is in my insurance network but apparently the ultrasound doctor was not. Received a $700 bill that I must pay out of pocket because none of this was disclosed to me upfront and was not even aware an office could do this.

If I could give 0 star, that's what I would have selected. As a new patient looking for a medical practitioner, never have I ever been so rudely assisted. The initial first contact with the clinic is the most important first step. It builds the relationship and should make the patient feel comfortable & at ease. The receptionist was extremely rude, detached, short & unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend reaching out, simply because of that.

Most staff are nice, but some of them are condescending - For one instance, the office manager, Marina, picked up the call. After I explained about my situation and stated that I have follow up questions for the doctor, she acted like she knows everything and told me that the doc won't be able to help me. I called again and got to speak with the nurse about my situation.

The nurse was pretty understandable and had the doctor return my call to discuss about my concern. The wait time to see Dr Paik is unreasonably long - I had an appointment with her at 9 am, the wait time to see her is 1 hour and 20 min. The overall experience is okay. Felt like she is rushing all the time even though I was having an early appointment with her. She appears to be sincere when she called back to discuss about my concern.
