Dr Holland was fabulous with our 13 year old daughter. He set her mind at ease with his sense of humor and walked her through all of the steps of the procedure prior to doing it. What wonderful 'bedside manner.'

The doctor and staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. Scheduling for the next appointment was quick and was able to get the time best suited for my son.

They were extremely thorough, explained everything in detail to ensure I understood what was happening, and very efficient. No wait time, and they insisted on an x-ray which I didn't think I needed but boy were they right. They found issues on in my foot that I had NO IDEA existed and showed and explained everything. So glad they caught this early before something really bad could have happened! They're taking great care of me

I've been going here for over two years for an ongoing issue, and the staff and doctor have always been friendly. But suddenly, during an appointment for pre-op, I was told Dr. Moffett is leaving suddenly, and they don't have a replacement, or a plan. I was told I could wait until they have a new doctor, or they could give me the phone number of another podiatrist (40 minutes away in Covington).

Current patients either need to wait until they find a new doctor, or go somewhere else. Currently they don't have a plan. I was also charged for the pre-op office visit. Yes, I had to pay them to tell me that my scheduled office visit was for nothing because the doctor is leaving, which seems both unethical and unprofessional. There seems to be a complete lack of continuity and transition plan for a doctor's office, and it lacks any sense of medical professionalism.

All aspects of this experience, including making the appointment, checking in, X-ray and doctor consult, were all quick and courteous. The doctor offered options for care, and was supportive when I chose the no-cost options that were most convenient for me.

I've been dealing with a painful swollen toe and they got me in the same day I was referred by my primary care doctor. Everyone was so nice and friendly from the front desk, staff and doctor which was great. I got a cortisone shot to help with the pain and swelling and my toe is feeling so much better. I highly recommend Factoria Foot & Ankle Clinic.

Despite the minor staffing issues that this office may have had they have always been very kind and professional while meeting and treating all of my physical needs. Dr. Moffat is a great Dr. and pleasant to be treated by. I would definitely recommend this office if you need the help. Charles

This is my first ever podiatrist appointment. My ankle/foot has been painful for more than 2 months. They got me in quickly, took some X-rays and were very kind, very thorough and put my mind at ease. I am in a boot for a month and just stabilizing my foot for 24hrs I am already feeling better. My only wish is that I had seen them sooner. THANK YOU FOR BEING SO KIND! The office was clean, everyone wore a mask and it was a perfect appointment.

I had a great experience with Dr. Moffat and his staff. They were easy to schedule with, their office was clean and safe (during Covid), easy to find and in a convenient location. Dr. Moffat took the time to explain and conclude the best course of action for treatment and surgery in a way that made me feel heard without pushing for something unnecessary or sidelining my concerns. I appreciate the care and attention to detail he puts into the visit and follow-up post surgery.
