I have decided that after 33 years of devoting my life to the practice of medicine, it is time for me to begin curtailing responsibilities and enjoying life. As difficult as this decision has been, I realize that it is time for me to close my medical clinic, TrinityXpressMed, after 19 years of service. This will take effect as of 4/1/2022. I have watched many of my patients become young adults and others step into this moment of winding down alongside me; it has been a wondrous journey for me. I want to thank each and every one of you for your loyalty and trust, and for allowing me, and my colleagues, to be a part of your life.

Went to Trinity Express Med for a Covid-19 test with my spouse. Front desk did not seem organized but after waiting in the car for about twenty minutes, a staff member collected us. Everyone seemed very professional and thorough; and Dr. Samadi spent about fifteen minutes with us explaining the testing procedure and what we should do pending results. The process exceeded my expectations.

I have been going to Trinity Xpress Med for about 4-5 yrs. I started going there for emergency care, sprained ankle, etc & found the care excellent & the pricing affordable as I am a self pay. I now go to the clinic for all my healthcare needs. As I age, there are age related challenges that develop & the clinic can address some of those needs as well. Dr. Samadi has a nice way with people as well as years of experience & a variety of significant credentials.
He is my go to doctor. I have found the rest of the staff easy to work with & kind. I have worked with Sarah, in particular, as of my first visit to the clinic. She is kind & knows her stuff. Quality healthcare, affordable pricing, nice staff to work with would be my summary.

Dr Samadi is a good doctor however, the office is not working properly. They're rude and not friendly. I sorry but only skill they have is to speak in English. They loved to pretend that you don't speak proper English so that they can blame you. Insurance company and chiropractor says they need to put my referral on insurance company's website so that they can see me, office won't agree with this.
It has been 10 days office did not respond to my calls, when they leave a voice mail, only option for you is to call an leave another voice mail. Stay away from this place. I said to the lady, I'm not coming here again, she says good. Of course it is good for you, less patience same amount of salary. Ask your supervisor if this is good or not.

This place sucks, I was the 2nd one in the door and 1 hour 20 mins I'm walking out the door only because I raised hell they were taking so long. I was only there because I needed my blood pressure medicine refilled. The only reason I use this place is because they are open on weekends and I travel during the week. They also never called me to let me know my lab report was in and I had to ask twice to get a copy. I'm so glad they have the pic posted here trying to buy good google reviews to remind me to get on here and leave a review.

Went in for the immigrant exam and it took too long with no communication. I had to retake it THREE TIMES and all times due to their incompetence in being able to communicate or even take blood and place it properly. Also, within my first ever time walking in there, tell me why the reception and front desk are the biggest imbeciles I have ever experienced. The doctor was the only good person hired in this whole place, and that is the only reason this even deserves the one star. Get new staffing!

After fighting with my mother tooth and nail, searching for a reasonably priced urgent care center, we ended up here. Everyone was friendly and helpful during this lovely holiday time. We were expected to wait a couple hours for my mother to be seen for her horrible cold, but she was in & out in maybe an hour with her prescription. She also said the nurse practitioner was a joy to speak with!

My experience at this urgent care started off okay. The receptionists seemed nice. I let them know my symptoms and what was going on and asked for an estimate. I understand this is just an estimate. Then during the process I kept asking how much each procedure would cost, since I don't have insurance. At my checkout I was charged far more than what I was told during the process and at the beginning. Again, i understand it's an estimate, but there were a ton of hidden costs.
I got some blood work done and was told they'd be in the next day before noon. They were ready a day or two late and when I went to retrieve them nothing was explained to me like I was told. The receptionist blew me off and I left. A few days later I got really sick, turns out I had tonsillitis that started turning into an abscess because this joke of a facility told me all I needed was rest and nothing was wrong.
Now my medical bills are through the roof. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. Expensive, not nice, clearly no REAL knowledge in the medical field, and nothing express about it. (There was like one other patient in the facility). I would trust a blind homeless guy with open heart surgery before asking anyone at this facility to weigh me.

The doctors are both amazing. Very caring and thorough, nurses the same. The receptionists are the rudest, unqualified set of employees I have seen. One recepetionist in particular discussed my encounter with them regarding insurance with a nurse in a very gossipy way. I have been back for the care that my children deserve but i cringe when I have to speak to someone in the front.
