I have come here for years and, while I like my doctor, Texas ENT has the absolute worst customer service. You can never get a person on the phone who cares to even listen. Don't start treatment here - they do not care about their patients.

Drs are great.but there office staff horrible for the following reasons: 1. You can NEVER speak to a live person. You must ALWAYS leave a voicemail. 2. The office staff is completely incompetent. For example, I was supposed to have surgery the day after Labor Day (Tuesday). I had my pre-op appoint the Friday of Labor Day weekend. I was then told that I needed the following: bloodwork and a release from my cardiologist.

I was literally on my way out of town after I had the pre-op. Because of their lack of planning and communication, I had to reschedule my appointment for the following month. 3. There is NO communication between staff. One nurse/office staff will tell you one thing, talk to someone else and it is a different story. Apparently the drs do not care how their office is run.

It is a shame that the drs do not care how their office is run. I will never refer anyone to Texas ENT. This is their daily job.you would think the office staff and nurses would know how to do it.

Dr. Lee was awesome and very professtional! She took the time to answer all of my wife's questions, and she had many, so we were both happy to have an ENT to go to moving forward. Thanks!

I tried to call to schedule an appointment first thing in the morning as I have had a terrible sore throat for weeks. The lady on the phone told me that they had not received the faxed referral from my doctor and that she would call me when they received it. I said "are you sure? The fax was sent on Thursday" and she said "like I said we will call you." And then hangs up immediately.

She didn't talk it out with me or tell me to call my doctor and double check. She just didn't want to deal with it. I have never seen a doctors office so unprofessional and so unwelcoming.

I called and scheduled an appt. for 9/24/2021 and received an email confirmation and link to fill out some forms. I did as instructed and arrived 10 minutes early for my appt. Upon checking in, I was told my appt. was for 10/22/2021 and not 9/24. I took her word for it and when I got in my car, I pulled up the email confirmation which stated 9/24.

I went back in, showed her the email and her response was "someone messed up and I may be able to get you in earlier but not today". No apology or remorse on behalf of their staff. She was rude and made me feel like it was my fault. This is the Pinecroft location and I have since cancelled the appt. Most of my family has been to this office and we will not be returning.

I had a great 1st visit, but I have not been able to reach anyone since. I can't schedule a follow-up, no one has called to go over my test results. I have no idea what to do from here. I've called and left a message for the nurse several times and no one has called me back. I wouldn't recommend them.

All they wanted to do is sell hearing aids. The doctor saw me about 3 minutes. I made the appointment for balance problems. This was never addressed.

Dr. Janicki is highly skilled and he is a true professional that really cares about his patients. I am lucky to have him as my ENT doctor. The staff always goes the extra mile to help get me on the schedule quickly if I have any ear issues. And the wait to see the the doctor is short. My thanks to everyone at Texas Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists!

I made an appointment with the Grapevine office and the first thing I asked when I called was if my insurance was accepted there. I was told it was so I made an appointment. Well guess what, it wasn't! Nothing was said to me when I came to the appointment; I didn't find out until I received a large bill in the mail about a month after my appointment (during which the ENT could not help me with my ear issue).

I usually always double check on my insurance website to make sure the doctor I am seeing is In-Network, but I was miserable and wanted to get help quickly so I took their word for it when they told me they accepted my insurance. So I paid a lot of money for no help!

I have a hearing aid for my right ear. This team has been so helpful with learning to use the hearing aid and maintaining it. We have regular appointments to review any issues and check the device for any replacement parts needed. Very happy with Dr. Morgan and all the services she provides.

Dr. Janicki is awesome. His staff, not so much. I had an appointment scheduled for this afternoon with the audiologist and then Dr. Janicki. Sadly, I am told, the audiologist's father passed away yesterday. Unfortunately, no one on the staff was considerate enough to call or text me and let me know my appointments needed to be rescheduled. I was informed, when I arrived timely for my appointments today, that they had been cancelled and rescheduled on Monday and "someone should have called me." No one called me.

Nor was Monday available for me. No apology, nothing. Not only a big disappointment, but also very frustrating. Update: I left Dr. Janicki's reception room upset with the incompetence of the staff. Then, an hour later, I get a text confirming my 3:00 p.m. appointment that day. Someone finally realized the error, and sent a reminder text about an appointment on Monday that I didn't make, can't fit into my schedule, and told the receptionist wouldn't work. I also got an email reminder today. Is this staff incapable of listening to patients?

Mo, receptionist in Bedford, gave my hearing aids a much needed tune up and also scheduled an appt with Dr Lee the same day. After that visit I saw Dr Morgan who adjusted my hearing aids to perfection! All this was accomplished in 2 hours between both offices! I am a very happy customer!

I have been to the Grapevine location twice- with two very different experiences. I saw Dr. Janicki in August and he spent roughly 10minutes with me and was abrupt and condescending. My ear issue had not resolved, so I called in and requested to see another provider and they set an appointment with Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee is AMAZING, she is thorough and thoughtful. If your looking for someone that will listen to your concerns Dr. Lee is your doctor.

Went to this location because they're supposedly in-network with my insurance. Doctor was ok, the rest of the stuff was AWFUL. Received a bill on top of my copay for procedures they KNOW they aren't covered, but they don't tell you until afterward. DECEITFUL and DISHONEST.

Doctor was great. Front desk and doctor's MA are completely incompetent for patient's needs. Needed a form filled out for my husband, let them know it was urgent, everyday I would call and they (front desk) would say "oh it's on his desk.the MA will call back". Well, his MA never called back and that missing form caused quite an issue. They never said, "make another appointment" never said "doctor needs more time" N O T H I N G.

So the agency who needed that form for my husband couldn't do anything to help us since we had NO response from this doctor's office. And here we are.over a week later. I've yet to receive a call from them! Like I said, the doctor was wonderful. Excellent care from him and he's understanding but his staff is what will drive patients away. They completely lack customer service and compassion for patients' needs.

The doctors are great here but don't bother booking an appointment when you have anything else to do that day. They are never on time, expect an hour + wait.

I just left this location. I could not have been happier with my last 2 visits. Dr. Grant is absolutely amazing, extremely compassionate, and informative. The staff is very helpful and informative. My family and I will continue seeing Dr. Grant.

Doc Castillo rocks, staff has always been friendly and timely, but you better ask what you'll be billed for in advance! Doctor Castillo worked wonders on my sinuses last year, and I don't want this 2 star review to reflect negatively on his work because he's phenomenal, but I was PISSED to receive a bill on top of my regular visit copay after seeing him for a sinus infection recently. Apparently, if he asks "can I take a look up there" and uses his scope for 5 minutes, you're going to pay out the nose for that little inspection that satisfies his curiosity!

Little did I know this office has been billing my insurance for this service in the past, but only when he writes it in his "notes", and he doesn't do that consistently either as I've been scoped on EVERY visit but that fails to show in the records provided to the billing office. I'll never be back, and I'll never recommend this doctor or Texas ENT to anyone again.

This review is for the office staff, not the dr. First appointment at Webster office was fine, they were friendly in a cold kind of way! The problem was after procedure and trying to get information on what steps are taken next. The people who answer the phones at Pearland office are very rude. They make you feel stupid when asking questions. And the tone of their voice was unbelievable. I am very confused and I think I will just find another office. And they are not kind to our police officers either.

I brought my toddler in for a simple audiology visit and was left to wait in the waiting from for an hour and 45 min., only to be led back in to the waiting room for another half hour to complete the visit with the doctor. I showed up 15 min early because I am respectful of others time, unlike Texas Ent. There was a confusing computer registration that was operating at a sub-par level and not enough staff to help with patients.

After my son had his exam we were informed to come back and repeat the process all over again because there weren't any results produced. Upon check out, I was told I owed $150 for the visit after I had given the staff my very good insurance that is accepted almost everywhere. They didn't bother to verify my insurance and then expected me to pay a large amount of money without any explanation.

The woman would provide me with no break down of payment or any financial receipt when asked for it. Also, Dr. Castillo was cold, asked only one question, and provided me with no info. His nurse was far more knowledgeable. The doc called in a prescription that was $199 nose spray and completely unnecessary. Dr. Castillo is out of touch and the entire office seemed understaffed and not there to work for patients, rather to work for a pay check.
