Clearly all jas jas do is complain. Dr. Patel has been my kids Doctor for over 12 years. She actually was my husband's doctor when he was a child. I drive over a hour just to take my kids their. She listens to the parents concerns and never over talk them. She's loves her patients. She calls them her babies. I have seen her make appointments, check patients in etc. Love my kids doctor

Dr. Patel is a dedicated doctor (even if you may not be the patient). She noticed my thyroid was extremely swollen on a visit for my special needs child & suggested I go see a doctor ASAP. I'm so grateful to her suggestion because she was right. Her dedication knows no boundaries, you might even speak with her directly since she answers office calls too. Sadly, this location is understaffed due to covid & you may have a longer wait than normal.

Rest assured, she is ABSOLUTELY WORTH the wait. Dr. Patel has been apart of my family for over 8 years now. We all look forward to a visit with her, even my older kids. We just love her.

I rarely write reviews but this is a really good doctor to talk about. Her office is a little hard to reach due to this pandemic time but do not worry, if you want her concern, she is still be there for you anytime. My son has seen her from the first couple days he was born and always has the best treatment from her. He's now 5 years old and very healthy because of her care.

We love Dr. Patel and her entire staff. They truly care about their patients, and it shows. It's a smaller practice, so I was a little concerned when I needed some after-hours guidance with our sick toddler recently. However, the on call provider was there via text just about all night long until our appointment the next day. Was such a comforting feeling to know that they were there for us, even at their busiest time of year.

She is an awesome Dr. I'm 31 and she was my pediatrician as a child. She can still tell you my history and every surgery I have ever had. Now my son and niece and nephews go to her and they just love her. She is patient and understanding of every child. She takes her time. I have always recommended her as a pediatrician when asked. She will be the only Dr that sees my child unless she refer me somewhere or she retires which I hope it's no time soon.

Dr Patel is a good pediatrician however the staff is horrible. The "Office Manager" works from home. She would not make a phone call to discuss an issue. She would only communicate through email. The wait time is far to long for a small practice, which is a direct result of poor scheduling. If you read the other reviews it is common for them to charge for immunization records.

We paid for our records to be recorded and put into the state database, and this was never done. We had to show proof that we had paid the $10 to have this done. (they would rather have $10 than a happy customer) They also never check the records to notice that our kids had missed an immunization. When we questioned and demanded that they do the work that needed to be done, we were mailed a letter of discharge. Luckily we had already found another doctor, but it was just completely ugly and in poor taste. My advice to Dr. Patel. Fire your two employees and find real professionals!

We love Dr. Patel! She always takes time with us and gives the highest quality of care. Yes we usually do have to wait, but it's simply because she's taking time to give her other patients quality care as well. She's always on call and has walked us through some rough, scary nights we've had with our little one. She is a wonderful pediatrician!

We have been seeing Dr. Patel for 4+ years and will continue to visit her office for years to come. She is supportive, knowledgeable, and our children love her. She has guided us through problems that have arisen and listens to our concerns. The rest of her staff is sometimes good sometimes less than stellar but she is the reason we will continue going. She wasn't our first pediatrician but after some bad experiences at our first we are so lucky to have found her.

My son has been seeing Dr. Patel since I brought him home from the hospital. He is 15 months old now. Dr. Patel is a wonderful pediatrician. She takes the time to listen to and address all of my concerns no matter how small. She values my opinion as a mom and even though she has the MD she doesn't make me feel like she's the expert. She always puts the ball in my court and makes sure I'm okay with her treatment recommendations before moving forward.

She is the only doctor there so yes sometimes you have to wait a while even with an appointment, but she is well worth the wait. She truly cares about doing what is best for her patients and I am so grateful to have found her. The nurses are also great! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a pediatrician!
