Medication management/controlled prescription refills require chart review, patient evaluation, possible phone calls to the parent/school, and a review of the treatment plan for every refill. Standard: $39.85. 5 businesss days with e-prescibing (if no e-prescibing pharmacy is selected, this will be mailed via USPS within 5 business days).
Entrance into Village Lake Office Condominium is about 1/2 mile west of Sonic and the City swimming pool on the north side of Williams Drive. Enter Village Lake at sign. At the "T" in the road, turn right. After turning right, Suite 801 will be straight in front of you (on the east side of the property).
