I made an appointment at one of their OBGYN clinics in Miami. The receptionist took down all of my insurance information and booked my appointment. I had to wait a whole month to be seen because they were so booked. The day of my appointment I sat in the waiting room 30 mins past my appointment to start my new patient paperwork only to be told a few moments later that they didn't accept my insurance. Needless to say I was very upset.
I was offered to speak to the manager. I accepted this offer even though I knew there was not much the manager could do if the clinic couldn't accept my insurance. She apologized for the mistake. Apparently the girl who booked me denied ever booking me but that was clearly untrue since all of my information was already in their database. I proceeded to vent my frustrations and then asked the office manager if they happened to know of any OBGYN offices that did accept my insurance since my matter was very urgent.
She gave me two other doctors' numbers who happened to be male obgyns. I asked if she knew if any female doctors instead (purely out of personal preference) she said no but then proceeded to tell me how she has a client looking for a black doctor and she's having a hard time finding one. (Yes I'm black) Not sure what that had to do with my request at all.
That's when I decided to take the information and leave. I remained polite and thanked her for her time. As I was leaving she told me to let her know if I find a black OBGYN to refer her other patient to. Once again not sure why she would think I would know that. Especially if I'm having problems finding a doctor who accepts my insurance period. Very unorganized and very unprofessional.
And the two numbers she gave me were basically useless since one doctor was not accepting new clients and the other only accepted women who were currently pregnant. #1 please take the time to coach your team on new patient processing #2. I think a diversity and inclusion training is desperately needed!

My wife came to this clinical at first I thought it would be good but they are very sketchy unorganized accepted my insurance then 2 months after pregnancy said they stopped accepting my insurance gave me a name of one they accept when I switched to the one they gave me apparently they didn't accept the plan i selected instead of telling me which exact one I had to select the lady in the front desk was lost didn't even know what insurance they accept If I could give zero stars I definitely would and the doctor really just does his job to do it no passion or help or communication.

Convenient if you need a payment plan but if you pay your account in full with the company directly they keep withdrawing money based on the payment plan! There is no way to actually contact them because when you send a billing inquiry email it pops up a message that says call your doctor's office directly and any other email says "error sending email". There is no phone number to reach ANYONE. They are a fraud

Watch your bank account and your Topline account carefully if you are in repayment with this company, and keep careful records and receipts. I paid my account in full 6/5, but then received a statement marked with a closing date of 6/15 that showed I still owed the exact same charges. Called customer service this morning, and the representative (who was very nice and helpful, no complaints there) could tell me the payment did not post until 6/18, nearly two weeks after the date I paid it.
That's ridiculous. To send a client a current statement saying a I still owe a payment I made 10 days before the statement closed is horrible housekeeping. Someone who does not keep a hawk's eye on their medical payment records could easily overpay this company for no reason.
