Please note that this is not a guaranteed appointment. Someone from our office will be in touch within 48 business hours to schedule your appointment. Bommareddi is the best primary physician I've ever had. She cares about her patients personally, never brushing off a concern or symptom, always listening to everything I say and asking questions. If I have an emergency, she fits me in. I have complete trust in placing my health in her hands.- I saw Dr. Burkard today for the first time, and he was great.

I receive ongoing, excellent care from this practice. Hope Umbel is amazing. She always takes time to listen and ensure that my needs are met. If I need to call, the front office staff is always polite. Hope's nurse Tessa is wonderful, and always call me back the same day to address my issue. As a military spouse, I've been to many practitioners. Hope and her staff are among the best. Thank you for all that you do. I genuinely appreciate the time and care that I receive.

Jamie Nixon is AMAZING! I have children with special needs my son has had many Medical issues. She is Not a pediatrician however I feel totally confident that she knows what she is doing and knows when to send him to specialists. She really gets right on the level of young children, teenagers, adults and Worried parents. My son struggles trusting doctors because of years of tests, hospital stays, pokes, and surgeries.

She had him working with her in less then a minute asking about his mine-craft (something he fascinates with). Then she talked with me addressing ALL my concerns, never questioned my concerns, and always asks how I am coping and how the rest of my family is doing. She is also AMAZING with my teenage daughter who has some emotional concerns and again had her engaged with her telling her everything and even LAUGHING!

She has on numerous occasions helped out through email and avoiding appointments. She is absolutely amazing! I am so thankful that I found her and that now our whole family sees her. If you can't get in to see her she is worth Checking back with. Thank you for reading this. I feel it is important to help each other out in these areas. When I moved to Washington I didn't know anyone who I could go to for opinions on who to see and needless to say I have seen some horrible Doctors in my years of getting treatment for my children so just picking someone was very difficult and scary however I really lucked out choosing her.

Dr. Kissick and her MA Cody are great.thorough, professional, kind, and extremely easy to talk to. It's so rare these days to have a doc that actually takes the time to listen and seems to genuinely care. I have also seen Jamie Nixon in the past and she is wonderful. It also seems that some of the rude, abrasive front office staff of the past have moved on.

This sucks because I used to have great experiences here. But since my doctor left and they got their new receptionist it's been a bad experience the last year. They can't seem to keep doctors around, mine left a year ago, then the one I tried to switch to also left. They are nice and professional though. Their receptionist has kind of an annoying attitude and is overly curt to the point that you feel like a nuisance for even calling.

They completely failed to follow up with me about lab results, and when I called to speak with the physician, I was told (by reception) that I could look myself online. This is true, but parsing the medical jargon isn't the patient's job. I intend on finding new primary care.

I've always had good experiences here. The front desk ladies are nice and always help me with scheduling, insurance, and listen to me when something is wrong (I had trouble with one of the women doing bloodwork, Molly(?) listened to me and followed up with me about the bloodwork woman). I get calls/voicemails from them every time I need to, including prompt follow-ups with bloodwork or upcoming appointments. Jamie Nixon is a GREAT provider for trans men.

I've been seeing her for about two and a half years now (mostly for my hormones but also general health), and every time I see her she's always very helpful and offers explanations for everything. She does a great job of rationalizing my worries and working with me about how to live healthily. Very personable and friendly, and I never feel stressed in her office. I'd highly recommend her for any trans men seeking testosterone therapy.

Just called to confirm my appt and spoke w/ Anne, whom was extremely abrasive! I cannot believe a receptionist is allowed her job when she treats patients like she just treated me! Never in my life have I had a phone call w/ ANY professional medical office EVER where I was treated w/ such disrespect & absolute rudeness. She made me feel like they didn't have time to help me or even talk w/ me.

It's not always what you're saying but how you say it; the tone and they way Anne spoke to me is worse than I have EVER even come close to experiencing from a medical office. I would answer her questions only to be cut off. Then to be old that I was cutting her off and that her co-worker was listening in on our call. I was absolutely shocked and blown away! Anne completely spun our conversation to be some sort of problem (which she created).

All I was did was try to confirm my appt and find out what happened to my scheduled appt for today. I literally feel like I just corresponded w/ a 2nd grader by the behavior I just witnessed. Absolutely unbelievable! This was suppose to be only my second visit! Do they even read their reviews or care?!?!?

I think Jamie Nixon is amazing! She is honestly the first doctor to listen to everything I say without making me feel rushed or dismissing my symptoms. She helped me find the perfect med after being given the wrong meds for years! She has personally called me with test results and to see how I'm feeling. When my baby girl was screaming the whole appointment, she was so patient and didn't act annoyed in the least. I can't speak highly enough of Jamie. I'm so grateful to have found her!

It's been said here before. Jamie Nixon is exceptional. The reception and office staff however are unprofessional and shouldn't be in health care business. I've been hung up on for not understanding the answer to a question; I've been ignored at the desk so staff could finish a gossip session. I've been spoken to with disrespect, have been refused confidential communication with my doctor when receptionist demanded to know my my medications and diagnosis/condition. Most of my interactions I've been treated like an annoyance and inconvenience. Sad

If there was a way to rate zero stars, I would. I was recommended to see Brandy Brooks PA-C by my other doctor, who spoke very highly of her. I'm disappointed that I won't be able to establish care there with her because of her extremely rude front desk person, Kimberly. I made this new patient appointment weeks ago and was asked over the phone if I would like to have paperwork sent to me so I could complete it in advance of my appt OR come to my appt 30 minutes early to complete it.

I requested paperwork sent to me, and very thoroughly completed it, and arrived for my 9am appt this morning 15 minutes early, just to be told (by Kimberly) that I was late and my check in time was 8:30. I told her that I must have misunderstood, but that my paperwork was all complete, and there was still at least 10 minutes until my appointment time.

She rudely made me aware that they still require 30 mins extra to input my paperwork into the system, which makes no sense since they have an online patient portal--why couldn't I complete paperwork online? That would surely save them needing 30 minutes to transfer the info over. I suppose they enjoy working harder not smarter, but I digress. so she then said she would ask the clinical staff if they could make it work.

She came back to me and said "yeah, we're not going to be able to see you today, you're going to have to reschedule." There is a blatant disrespect towards the patient at this office. I specifically had to take time off of work to make this appointment happen, and could not just do so again, so I told her I would not reschedule and also stated the way I was treated this morning, especially as a brand new patient, was completely unacceptable.

With all the time she wasted complaining about me not being 30 minutes early and then discussing my "tardiness" with the clinical staff, she could have just entered in my paperwork. What a JOKE. Sorry Brandy, I would have loved to be your patient since Dr Purcell spoke so highly of you, but you obviously have some serious barriers at your front desk that need to be addressed.

The physician's assistant that I usually see is great. However, the management and office staff are by far the worst that I have dealt with. They refuse to refill OTC prescriptions unless you come in for a yearly visit, even though their physicians could care less if you come in and are happy to write more refills without a yearly visit. My insurance allows me 1 yearly physical.

I went in for that a few months ago, not because I needed/wanted to, but it's required for me to get my refills. A few months after that, the PA that I usually see left the office. Now they say my prescriptions are no good and want me to come in for another visit. For some reason they can't have another doctor go over my record and give me refills.

They are what is wrong with healthcare in the US. Wasteful, meaningless visits, that cost people time and money. All of this, so they can make an extra buck off of their patients.
