Silver State Spinecare is your Reno and Sparks premier back pain, neck pain, and spine pain center specializing in auto accidents. We are all double board-certified and have our primary board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR). This specialty requires an additional four years of training after completing four years of medical school, so we are experts in our field. We are the only practice specializing in non-operative back pain, neck pain, spine pain, and carpal tunnel syndrome.

All of the doctors are Silver State Spinecare are Board Certified in our primary specialty called PMR, which stands for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Further, we are all Double Board Certified by the ABIME as Independent Medical Examiners. All this training makes us Medical Experts in the area of finding the cause of spinal pain.

I always enjoy my visits with Dr. Burke. He has an easy going personality that makes you feel comfortable. I've only been a patient of his for roughly 3 months and have had great gains in my recovery process. In fact, I'm almost pain free. Dr. Burke has used different methods to help alleviate my back pain. Gradually increasing the aggressiveness of the procedure until my pain diminished. I would highly recommend Dr. Burke to anyone who is experiencing back pain.

The staff and doctor were very helpful and friendly! They took the time to listen to my concerns and needs from an accident that I was in a couple months ago and after receiving treatment and care, I am feeling so much better. I was referred to Dr. Burke for my cervical/thoracic injuries following an auto accident. He and his staff were super kind and explained everything I wanted to know. Dr. Burke was able to identify exactly what was causing my pain and treated it with a simple procedure that resolved everything! I've been seeing Dr Burke since I was in a car accident and suffered a herniated disc in my L5. He was extremely helpful in going thru all the necessary steps to help me get better. Over the top care. From the minute you walk you feel appreciated. When you meet Dr. Burke he gives you the time you need, there is no rush like so many doctors in this town. I was referred to Dr. Berk from my lawyer due to a car accident I was involved in! I have now been coming to him for a little over 3months (it was a really bad accident) & I'm proud to say today was my last visit with him! He has done an amazing job getting my body back to base condition. He's so professional & his staff are so kind! He never rushed my visits & truly took the time to hear me out and find the BEST resolution / treatment that would work best for me. I have been in two car accidents in a little over two years and was getting very little relief from any type of treatment. Dr. Burke did a epidural for me in late December, the very next day I had my legs under me like I have not had in two years. It feels like a miracle. I am so very grateful for his expertise.

Silver Sate Spinecare has the best care for there patients. In my experience of 2 years coming to this location. They are flexible, attentive, friendly and just overall good at taking care of you and your issues. They have pointed me in all the right directions to resolve my workers comp case and I forever thank them for the amazing work. Highly recommend.
