Got to the office at 10 this morning for my 10:15 appointment signed in they took my temperature. I sat there until 11 in the blistering hot waiting room with a pillow pressed to my chest while I watched 3 people who signed in after me be taken back. So I got up and left at 11. At 11:19 Mellisa called and said I had signed in for my appointment but was no longer in the waiting area.
I explained to her how unprofessional it is to keep someone waiting that long with no explanation. Apparently this happens all the time. I will not be wasting any more time with this group. Apparently once they have your money, you become nothing to them.
