Had a great experience here! Great quality service! Special shout out to Matt- when I needed the lens adjusted in my glasses he was an immense help to me. I had a hard time knowing how to communicate what I needed, but he was able to articulate exactly what I wanted but didn't know how to say. He was wonderfully attentive and thorough. Thank you all for the great work you do!

I have been a patient at Advanced EyeCare Centers for over 15 years. I feel like that says enough about how great they are, but I'll go on.every single person who works at both the Centennial and Aurora centers are friendly, helpful and seem the genuinely care about their patients. I trust them completely with my eyes and refer them to everyone I can!

After waiting 3 weeks I was so excited to see Dr. Juba. I received 2 eml confirmations from Advanced EyeCare Centers, I arranged childcare, I arrived early. When I arrived they said Dr. Juba was with another patient and they didn't have me on their schedule, blaming technology. I waited over an hour, spent approximately 10 mins w/ Dr. Juba. She said, your prescription is "exactly the same".

I left without being given my prescription. I e-mailed them requesting it, then I had to call to get it, after waiting 2 days. The prescription Dr. Juba wrote was not, "exactly the same", in fact, she wrote me two DIFFETENT prescriptions! I called to clarify. After waiting all day, Dr. Juba finally called me. She proceeded to tell me she didn't have time to give me an, "optometry lesson", and how disappointed she was that her staff had offered me a discount on my office visit.

She was condescending, and spoke over me. She had abysmal communication skills and non-existent patient care skills. She seemed out of touch with her staff and displayed little respect for them. It was pretty shocking. I really wanted to give this practice the benefit of the doubt bc technology mistakes can happen; however, after my experience with Dr. Juba I will not be returning.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fincher for about 20 years. I have always had excellent care and concern at his office. Jamie has always been my favorite to work with when I am getting new glasses. She is so professional, and also very fun to visit with. I highly recommend this office for anyone who needs a good eye doctor! Plus an added benefIt is I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes.

This place deserves well over 5 stars and I wish I had chosen this place years ago. Dr. Redmond is one of the best eye doctors that I've met in Colorado. Their comprehensive eye exams are of very high quality. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who's looking for a good eye doctor.

My appointment went great, everyone was very friendly & professional. They were enforcing strict cleaning precautions for Covid-19 as well as masks, I appreciated the extra effort to keep patients safe. I had a new patient appointment and picked a new pair of glasses in under an hour, they were very efficient, which I highly value! Thank you!

Dr. Juba is amazing as is her staff. I went in during the C-19 pandemic and they were extremely careful about cleaning and social distancing. The service was timely and professional. Dr. Juba remembers your specific needs and addresses them. You never feel rushed. The Optometrists on site are also great and help to pick just the right frame and options for your glasses. They even took me outside so I could see the frames without a mask on which is important. Thanks to you all and stay safe.

Really happy I chose this office to visit. The process was very easy becoming a new patient. Not only that but arriving they made me feel very safe. My temperature was taken upon arrival and everyone working was making sure everything was sanitized and clean. Everyone was very nice and friendly and my doctor was amazing. I would recommend this office to any of my friends and family, they really took care of me!

Everyone in this office is helpful, courteous, professional. They took great care to make sure my visit was a good overall experience. Insurance coverage phone calls were made from their office to enable my care to be completely seamless, start to finish. Dr. Redmond is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to explain any questions that come up. He made sure the right prescription was a good fit for my use, particularly. Five stars and no less on this experience.

From check in, to ordering glasses for my teenager, Advanced Eye Care Center was a very positive experience! Dr. Juba was very professional and pleasant. The optical staff took the time to contact our insurance to ensure the frames we were considering would be covered. Excellent!

They are so nice and accommodating. I have been a patient there for several years. They also have a good selection of frames for every style and price point. I went there today without an appointment, I was having an emergency and they were able to help me out right away. I recommend Advanced EyeCare.
