Dr. Hochstein is the absolute best! I have felt so taken care of and safe during this very scary process( for me it is scary, everyone is different). His staff is so amazing I wish I knew all of their names so that I could give every single one of them a shout out. Vern and Karina I will never forget, they took extra special care of me. I'm 7 days post op and feeling great!
The medspa upstairs is also full of sweet, helpful nurses. I highly recommend adding pre and post op IV's. I love Dr. Hochstein so much, he is the sweetest and most professional Dr. Ever Thank you all so much for everything.especially dealing with my crying, I'm the biggest cry baby ever

My experience with Leonard Hochstein was a nightmare. I thought I was going to the "Boob God" but I feel and look like I went to Satan's Surgeon. When I first met Leonard Hochstein he seems cold and rushed but I figured he was just super busy because he's a celebrity surgeon afterall. His office is clean because he knows you're about to spend at least an hour there regardless of your appointment time.
I got a breast augmentation from the Leonard Hochstein on January 21, 2022. At 2 weeks post op I reached out to my coordinator, Karina Ruiz, to ask about the pain and discomfort I was still experiencing. She told me it was normal and to wait until 6 weeks post op at least for the pain to be gone. At 4 and a half weeks I reached out again because the pain became unbearable and my right areola was sinking in more and more. Karina once again told me to wait until 6 weeks because I was "still in the early healing stages".
I made an appointment to come in at 6 weeks just to be told by Hochstein that he doesn't see anything wrong. He told me it was impossible for me to have an infection. I voiced my concerns because my younger sister was suppose to get her boobs done by him too on April 1st and I didn't want go through the same thing, to which Hochstein responded with "then let's pay not do it". Luckily I got my deposit for her back but I expected more compassion and empathy from someone that refers to himself as the "Boob God".
I suffered for two more weeks then these bruise like red markings appeared on my left breast. At this point my left boob is visibly more swollen, my incisions are red, and I'm still in excruciating pain. I emailed Karina pictures and she said I still had no signs of infection. I went to urgent care because my physical therapist told me she believes I have an infection and didn't want me to sit around waiting when something is clearly wrong.
I was prescribed topical and oral antibiotics for 10 days because I indeed did have an infection. The antibiotics brought down the swelling in my left boob so you can now clearly see that it's deformed. The topical antibiotics were able to help my right areola come back out. I emailed Karina again after finishing my antibiotics on April 23 with pictures of the bruises getting worse, pleading with her to be examined to make sure everything's okay, to which she responded with "There was no infection.
It was always a bruise. This bruising is not from the surgery but there must have been some recent trauma in the last month that has caused it so my suggestion is to limit activity so they can heal" and to wait until 6 months post op. I've been in bed for 18+ hours a day for months so it's impossible for me to cause trauma to one boobs and not know.
My mom took off work on April 26 so she could take me to Hochstein's office and demand that I be seen. He finally came in and told me all the things I've been telling him I'm concerned about: the skin is getting very thin, this is very dangerous, somethings gone terribly wrong. At first he recommended that I have them both removed because he doesn't know what's wrong, then he says "it looks like you're trying to develop a contracture".
He then told me I had to get both implants removed immediately because if I wait a couple more days the implant would burst through my chest skin, all within 3 minutes of the examination. He said to wait at least 2 months after the explant to put new ones in since my implants are lifetime guaranteed. He then emailed me 2 weeks after my explant to say he isn't comfortable redoing my implants and I won't be getting a refund. I've been a fitness model since 2018. Getting boobs was going to triple my income, at the very least.
I haven't been able to work or really workout since I got the implants. I paid $7300 for the "safest and most comfortable care" but I ended up with boobs that don't even look like they should be next to each other. I was quoted $11k for more surgery to fix the damages but I've already lost over $50K in the last 4 months from not working and have another 6 months to go.
I took a star away for the lack of bed side manners, false advertisement, and horrendous results. I left his office two stars because at least they're responsive, but he barely deserves this one star. The mental and physical damage Leonard Hochstein caused me will take years and lot of money to fix. Just because he's charging more than every one else in miami, doesn't mean you'll be getting the best service.

I received a breast augmentation April1st 2022, and am currently over 10 weeks post op! I am shocked at how beautiful my results are as they look so natural and beautiful. My healing process was a walk in the park, I was literally shopping two days later lol. Dr Hochstein is such an amazing doctor and truly is an artist. I've had an absolute amazing experience with Dr. Hochstein and his staff. I had a previous lift and augmentation with another very well known Surgeon in Miami and one of the implants got encapsulated. He then did a "corrective" surgery and it got encapsulated again! I went back a few times and he said it was not incapsulated. I still didn't feel right and went to Dr. Hochstein for a second opinion.
He took one look and said it's absolutely encapsulated again! I was not planning on having a THIRD surgery, but Dr. Hochstein and his staff impressed me a great deal and I decided to go through it. He pretty much had to re-do the lift and has a very different procedure to ensure it does not get encapsulated again. I have to say that the surgery coordinator- Amanda is absolutely amazing.
She was one of the reasons I went through it again. She made the entire process seamless, easy, and is effortless. She answers my emails almost immediately no matter how small my question is or what time of day it is. She has been a huge part of my decision and I wish there were more people out there like her. His entire office is very efficient, professional, and helpful. I never received an "I dont know" if someone did not know they took action right away and gave me an answer. I have to say that I highly recommend Dr. Hochstein!

Dr. Hochstein and his staff deserve 10 stars! I am just about a month post-op from what other Miami based surgeons had described to me as a complex implant replacement. One of my original implants (from another surgeon) had dropped and was out of place. Two other top rated Miami based surgeons said they could only correct with a breast lift which would large leave scars I did not want.
Immediately Dr. Hochstein said no problem, he could fix it without a lift or additional scarring. and he did. I am beyond grateful. Size, placement and shape are perfect. Exactly as I wanted.

It has been over a year after my tummy tuck with doctor Hochstein and I couldn't be any happier with the results. I have 3 kids very close in age all through cesarean surgery. As a result I had a separated abdominal wall and belly pouch that didn't go away no matter how hard I worked out. Dr. Hochstein and his staff are extremely professional all through the process.
They were very attentive in all of my visits. The lymphatic massages after the surgery are very helpful; Angela did mine and she was amazing. Dr. Hochstein skills as a plastic surgeon are superb! I wouldn't go anywhere else. He is the best!

Dr. Hochstein is extremely professional. He is also a perfectionist and will go above and beyond to make sure you get the best results possible. Of course we as patients have to make sure we do our part too during pre-op and post op. I have been married 7 years and my husband has never seen me fully naked. Dr. Hochstein has given me the confidence I needed to finally feel confident about myself.
My husband and I can not thank you enough. To the amazing office staff, that is always there to answer questions, (special shout out to Amanda who I swear is an angel!) and to nurses walking the hall way always greeting you and saying "hello beautiful" truly makes his facility number 1 in my book. The med spa is also amazing, I can not wait to book another Hydrafacial with Angela and the products she recommended have my face glowing like never before! I had my "mommy makeover" in March 2021 and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Hochstein was so professional and his office staff was amazing. He made me feel at ease from the minute I met him. Honestly this surgery has changed my life. I had a reduction & a tummy tuck with liposuction. I no longer have back pain and I fit into all my clothing so much better. I'm torn because the Dr. Holstein has great bed side manner and seemed to be pretty professional. However, In 2017 I had a breast reduction, breast augmentation and breast lift and a needle was left in my breast. Went to get my annual mammogram and they spotted this foreign item in the breast. In the middle of working through this matter but wanted. to speak up, as I have terrible anxiety of hospitals, surgeons and doctors because of this.
Currently seeing a therapist & was seeing a psychiatrist because of my anxiety around this issue. Very disappointed as he came highly recommended. I've had a news outlet reach out to me to get additional information, I've yet to reply because I actually think he's a good surgeon, other than this major issue that happened to me. People make mistakes, but this is not something that should happen. You have protocol around preventing this. Do your research ladies.

My whole experience with Dr. Hochstein has been nothing short of excellent. All of the staff have been so pleasant, caring and informative. The office is run like a well oiled machine, very efficient and smoothly. Amanda, Vanessa, Daisy, Marcy, Karina, just to name a few Whose names I remember. I am currently 3 months post op from a mommy makeover and I am beyond thrilled with my results. It's been more than 10 years since I've worn a bikini and now that's all I want to wear. Dr. Hochstein gave me back confidence that I had been missing for a very long time. The staff is extremely sweet and very helpful. Vern was absolutely amazing and super helpful with everything I ever needed! If you're reading this review, you have chosen the right surgeon- let's dive right in. I flew into Miami for a Mommy Makeover. There is this gem, her name is Jennifer. She happened to be my coordinator and if you are a plastic surgeon in Miami, you should be beating down the door to steal her- not that she would go with you because she works for THE BEST.
More on him later. Any time I have a question or an issue (present tense because I STILL email her with random questions 3WPO), she answers. Not in like a 2 business day answer, like a same day at 9 pm, or a random Saturday afternoon kind of way. She is knowledgeable, blows timeliness out of the water, and has a way of making you feel at ease. Jennifer is the Ritz Carlton of surgery coordinators.

I had my first-ever plastic surgery with Dr. Hochstein on July 6! I knew he was the surgeon for me after I had a consultation with him because he exudes professionalism and confidence, and his gallery of before and after photos speak for his amazing work and talent. I was confident that he knew exactly what he was doing, and I didn't need to worry about anything going wrong with the surgery itself.
I was also lucky to have Amanda as my Patient Coordinator. Amanda went above and beyond answering all of my calls, emails, etc. To be honest, I had a panic attack the day before my surgery and the day of because of fear of general anesthesia, and Amanda graciously calmed me down, and Jen also called and put me at ease. Surgery was quick and Dr. Hochstein called later that day to check on me. I'm now 8 weeks post op from my breast surgery and all I can say is Dr. Hochstein did an excellent job.
His incisions and stitching, combined with the Biocorneum scar treatment he has me on is incredible. I barely see my scars. I'm friends with another local plastic surgeon who looked at Dr. Hochstein's work on me and he said "Wow, he did a fantastic job! Your boobs look great!" Form the moment I contacted Dr. Leonard Hochstein he was an amazing gentleman. Karina Ruiz was in charge of the operation process, making it easy and reliable, she is so nice and kind. I don't live in Miami, I just spent 4 days in Miami, 1st days was the consultation, I met the doctor and all the staff were helpful about all my questions. The second day was my surgery, and the third day after Dr. Leonard Hochstein took a look at me & I was ready to go back to my home town! (I took my flight without any complications). The best decision with the best surgeon ever.

Botched Lipo. I researched months to find the perfect doctor for BBL/Fat transfer and Lipo. I am mortified and so embarrassed. Can't wear shorts or bath suit. I am 41yrs old. I called his office with concern, the ladies are amazing and emailed me immediately.
After a day or so, the Doc recommended a thigh lift. I do not want the scars from a thigh lift. Will not be returning. I am waiting on a few other recommendations on how to fix this. P.S. The only other surgeries I had prior was a breast Aug & tummy tuck. My legs NEVER looked like this before Dr. H. Before & after pics for proof. You never explained to my husband & I what could happen. He will clearly vouch 100%.

Recently came back for a touch up and scar revision. Absolutely love Dr. Hochstein. He was professional and pleasant. Don't pay attention to the "fake" mean reviews! He is a gentleman and +an excellent surgeon. The girls at the office are sweet. Jennifer is my FAVE! Will recommend Dr. Hochstein any day of the week! As an out of town patient I came to Dr. Hochstein because of his impeccable reputation to have him fix a botched boob job done by another surgeon. I was nervous at the idea of flying to Florida for surgery when I live in California, but from the second I contacted the office and spoke with Amanda I knew I'd be in the best hands. Dr. Hochstein is very pleasant and to the point.
He doesn't waste time with fluff, which I appreciated. The girls in the office are all wonderful. Amanda helped me from start to finish booking my surgery and she is an absolute angel. I wish I could remember all the wonderful nurses names in the OR room because they were also all wonderful! I am only 1 day post op and feel great! I am already so happy with my results I could cry! There is a reason he is knows as "The Boob God!" Dr. H is a true artist and I feel beyond lucky to have him as my surgeon.

I went to Dr. Hochstein for a tummy tuck. The entire experience from the initial consultation to the surgery and follow up appointments were seamless. The staff were all amazing and attentive. I am extremely happy with the results and felt that Dr. Hochstein truly takes his time to answer questions, pay attention to detail and does absolutely excellent work! His before and afters are the best I've seen. Would highly recommend!

So, I posted the review and Mr. Hochstein contacted yelp to have it removed. I will keep posting until I die, sir. People need to know of your negligence. If you want to have your body ruined, I suggest you use this man. He is the worst doctor you will ever encounter. I have met hundreds of women whose body he ruined. My last yelp review alone has caused 9 women whose bodies he botched to contact me.
I will not stop until this man's license is revoked. I urge any and every celebrity to not associate themselves with him for he is unethical beyond measures. Most of the 5-star reviews seems to have been written by his staff. I clicked on their accounts and low and behold, he knows them. The reason why I chose Dr. Hochstein for my surgery was because while I was out in south Florida, I'd admire women's breast augs, ask them where they got them done and the majority responded with Dr. Lenny. I knew I had to have him perform my surgery. This was my first ever breast aug and I had no idea what to expect/what to get. I was extremely flat chested (in my eyes I was a -A) and I wanted a full C. Dr. Hochstein suggests 3 sizes based on the cup size you want to have.
My pre-op apt was the day before my surgery, which I should not have booked it at that time because I was super nervous overall for the surgery; regretfully and irrationally I selected the smallest of the 3 sizes, 355 cc moderate profile. Since I was extremely flat, unfortunately that size resulted in a full B cup and not a C. When you go for your Pre-op appointment, be sure to ask specific questions (I.e., if this is the ccs I select, what cup size will I get).
I was not clear with what I wanted and now that I'm 3 months post-op, I realized that my more desired breast size is actually a small D cup with high profile. My recommendations for women getting breast augs: 1) don't book your preop apt immediately the day before surgery (I was too nervous to make rationale decisions), also I had to go to 5 different pharmacies to find one that would fill the scripts (this caused me so much stress the night before my surgery 2) ask the right questions when discussing size and be clear about what you want 3) if you're considering getting a breast aug, don't second guess it and just do it.
I wish I would've done this years ago. Constructive feedback: One thing that I think would've helped guide me to determine the size I actually wanted is if the before & after pics on his website described each surgery, i.e., the before breast size, the implant size that was used and projection. Even though I'm not happy with the size I selected, overall the breast aug was a success; I've had 0 complications with my new boobs, 0 infections, no reactions to silicone, minimal scarring, they still look fabulous, I receive so many compliments on them, people tell me that they fit my body perfectly, I've never felt this confident, and After being on this earth for 29 years, I finally feel like a woman. Going to wait 3 more months for them to fully drop, but I will most likely get them redone, and I will have Dr. Hochstein redo them.
Also I have to compliment my coordinator, Amanda. She was beyond helpful, I once emailed her late on a Sunday, anxious about something, I was so astonished that she emailed me back within 30 mins on a weekend. She was quick to respond and addressed every question I had during the process.

I recently had another procedure from this brilliant doctor and I now remember why I went to him in the first place. From start to finish, the entire experience has been flawless. Amanda is amazing. Her follow up before and after the procedure has been absolutely incredible. My results make me so much happier and secure with myself. This doctor is the best in South Florida. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to have him to my breast lift and implants. his staff answers your 24/7 (Amanda). very informative on what to expect both pre and post op. looking forward to my completed healing and final look but very happy with my results. highly reccomend.

Seriously the best ever. The entire staff was so incredible. Jennifer is the most thoughtful and sweet person and helped me with all aspects of coming in from out of town. Dr. Hochstein is so professional and a gifted surgeon who is informative and caring. I looked all around and did lots research and was so happy I found Dr. H for my revision surgery. Dr. Hochstein and his staff are phenomenal, including Amanda my patient coordinator and Andrea my pre-op nurse. Dr. Hochstein is extremely professional and was able to provide me with the exact results I wanted - something which I wasn't sure was completely possible. He truly deserves the reputation he's earned as the "boob god"! Amanda was. available at all hours to answer my questions - both before the procedure and post-op.even on her day off! Andrea was kind, caring, and calming the day of my surgery and I would recommend her post-op nurse care services to anyone needing care after their surgery.
