I had a fabulous experience, from walking in and the front staff being extremely helpful, and so very friendly to having the full body + some areas with Hope. Hope was professional, and carried great conversation. I felt comfortable and I felt I was in knowledgeable hands. I haven't had laser done in over 17 years, if you're on the fence about it I recommend making the change now.

I know this works as I have had it before, the improvements are awesome. Crazy how advance technology changes! There was little to no pain associated to this procedure. Price points are fair and equal to my body waxing I was receiving for the last 4 years. I can't wait to recommend this to my friends and family. Aside from wanting this done, the staff is a huge part of the reason I will be back and will be encouraging my friends and family to join me.

She walked me through every detail, made me feel comfortable and had a conversation the entire time which extremely helped make it comfortable and not awkward at all! Had my first ever laser hair removal and Susannah made it as easy and painless as possible. When I walked in the door, the front desk staff greeted me with a smile and I immediately felt at ease. I've had treatments so far with both Alyssa and Kate and both of them have given exceptional service. It can be an uncomfortable experience if you haven't ever received treatments and they both explained things thoroughly and took time to ensure they checked in with me throughout treatments. I get full body laser hair removal with Flor and just finished my 7th session. If you are on the fence about laser hair removal JUST DO IT! I absolutely adore Flor and we have even become friends outside of work. Everyone at Laser Derm Med Spa has made me feel so comfortable and walked me through the process and what to expect when I first started.

Their prices are wonderful and they even have a referral program (you and your referral get $50 off your treatment). Overall I am so happy with my results so far and with the company in general.

I had a great experience here! I've completed all my sessions and I've seen a huge hair reduction! Yes, I still grow some hair but it's a lot less hair and the hair that does grow is super thin! I only have to shave about once a month and I'll go in a couple times over the Summer for a touch up if I need to but I am so happy with the results! Lighter, thinner hair, and no more razor bumps!

I'm giving 2 stars because customer service was very good before and through my appointment but it really dropped off after. I went because my friend referred me after seeing 50% hair removal one appointment in. My nurse went over lots of information with me and told me about experience fallout and a noticeable difference after even the first treatmeant.

Nothing happened. When they called to confirm my second appointment I mentioned absolutely nothing happening and all the employees seemed shocked. They put me on the phone with someone named hunter who was very knowledgeable but given that it sounded like this was the first time they've heard of this happening I'm pretty disappointed that they didn't offer to have me come in and discuss my options or look at my lack of results or anything. For this reason I'm definitely hesitant to return and I hope they change their mind about looking further into what went wrong with me after this review.

I had my first laser appointment with Savannah two weeks ago. It was painless, easy, and she made the process comfortable. She was easy to talk to and made sure I was doing okay for the whole appointment. After only one appointment, I've gone from shaving almost every day to once a week. There a entire patches that no longer have hair. I'm so excited for my next appointment!

I had a couple of people recommend Laser Derm to me but I was still a bit nervous for my first appointment. From the very beginning Savannah was incredible to work with! She explained everything so well and made the entire appointment comfortable and easy. She is incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to throughout your entire time you're there. So far, I have gotten three hair removal treatments done and instantly started seeing results after the first treatment. Progress has continued after each one. Sessions are quick and easy, usually takes no more than 15 minutes (for me). Savannah takes care of my treatments, she's awesome! Always great to talk to and knows what she's doing. Such a wonderful experience! I used to be a waxer and laser has changed my life. Eric is truly fantastic and makes you feel so comfortable. I love that they explained the procedure and after effects of laser treatment. They also dial the laser to be tolerable for you! I visited Laser-Derm to have laser hair removal by Eric. My experience has been incredible! I saw results within 2 weeks of my first appointment and my overall experience was great! The facilities are very clean and well kept! Eric makes the entire appointment very comfortable! I highly recommend getting laser hair removal! So far my experience here has been great! The staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions you might have regarding laser hair removal. They also make you feel very comfortable and the best part is it works like magic!

I don't understand how this place has such good reviews. I wasted $200 here. TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS for ZERO results. To begin with, the offices look like someone's dingy basement. The people who work here are friendly but they are very unskilled at laser hair removal. After successfully using a vectus laser for hair removal 2 years ago, I just came here for touch up and noticed NO difference after 2 sessions totaling $200.

The first session they told me they were using a lighter setting to be safe because I had dark skin, even lighter than required because I'd sustained burns from a non-Vectus laser. but it really just seemed like an excuse to waste my time and money. And when I brought up my lack of results, they said they didn't know what to say and I could try somewhere else. If you are a dark skinned person looking for hair removal, don't waste your money here!

I've heard plenty of horror stories about laser hair removal - (pushy sales people, scary contracts and unfriendly technicians) and if you're in the same boat I was, you can look no further. I've only had one treatment at Laser-Derm and I'm already recommending them to my friends. Eric does an excellent job explaining realistic expectations and making patients super comfortable on the first visit.

You pay per visit and treatments are affordable. Laserderm also runs great specials (I went in to get my legs done and he did a complimentary session on my underarms). They take pride on keeping their equipment up to date so that the patients have the best experience possible. You can tell they love helping people feel better. It's the little things that set them apart and make them an exceptional business. I'm super excited about my next visit!

I've been here about 7 or 8 times now. I love this place because there is no sales pitch or trying to get me to spend more. I started just getting my underarms done. They never once tried to talk me into doing more. I just went in, got what I asked for, paid for that one treatment and went on my way. No forcing package deals on me. There is one male technician. He's relaxed but professional and I've never felt weird or uncomfortable. I've also been happy with the results.

Laser-Derm is by far the BEST PLACE EVER to get laser hair removal done! I did a lot of research with other laser hair removal places and their prices before I went to them, and Laser-Derm not only was the best priced, but they are so friendly, professional, and I feel comfortable every time I go in. Eric is just the best. He has made me feel like a valued customer from my first appointment.

Not having to shave my legs, bikini area, under arms, face, or wax anymore is something I cannot even put a price on. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone.
