I HAVE NEVER EVER GIVEN A 1 STAR REVIEW! Do not recommend this office for any service, very unprofessional and rude. They are very antiquated with processes and the office manager is very unprofessional as well! They would really benefit from replacing her and get someone that is customer oriented and friendly. Do your self a favor and find a reputable business that has excellent customer service and up to date processes! I was wondering why there was a very upset young lady as I entered this establishment, I very quickly see why she was upset. HORRIBLE SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST!

I heard about this office by my coworkers. My experience so far has been very positive. Dr. Richardson is very experienced, knowledgeable and he answered all my questions during my consultation. His staff is very very polite, friendly and efficient and they are always willing to help. I have lost 18 lbs. for my first month.

Dr. Richardson and the Family Weight & Wellness Clinic staff are truly amazing. I love the tele-medicine option, the appointments are so convenient. Dr Richardson and his office staff are awesome. I went to Dr Richardson about 20 years ago and was sooooo happy when I heard he was doing telemed visits. I have been going again for about a year and my weight loss is great. Grace is awesome as all the staff. They are aways a joy to talk too. Dr Richardson is very caring. Thanks so much.

The reception and medical team are extremely nice. The doctor is very knowledgeable. The atmosphere in the office is very pleasant. Grace was helpful explaining what to expect before the appointment. I like that they allow virtual follow ups. I feel it is much more affordable compared to other places Ive checked with. Over all I enjoyed the experience and will continue using Dr. Richardson. I highly recommend this clinic. Big thank you to all the staff!

Family weight & wellness is very professional business that actually cares about your health and has a kind mannerism you can't find anywhere else. My wife and i have used them for a while and have had very successful weight loss on their programs and Dr. Richardson is a friendly, and very knowledgeable doctor. I have tried so many diets- ways to loose weight, I was skeptical about going to a doctor for it but Dr Richardson is wonderful! His employees are all so nice and I went from 220 in September to 196 today (November) They are always checking on me to make sure all is going ok! I recommend this clinic for sure!

It is a very affordable program for weight loss as well as ongoing maintenance, and no pressure to hurry up and lose for those over 55 cause it takes a lot more to get those pounds off.
They now offer telemed conference appointments which is so helpful for those who live a far distance from the clinic. This business was extremely welcoming and professional from the even the phone call to schedule my appointment. Grace was very sweet and knowledgeable.
