Every I very personable. Very thorough exam and took time to explain results of exams as well as answer all questions I had. I have recommended Medical Vision to many people.

I am greeted with a warm, welcoming upbeat hello each time I visit! The staff is professional but they are also personable; they take the time to talk about you, your health, your family or whatever you want to talk about. My parents, grandmothers, aunt, and uncle are all patients here and we love Medical Institute!

I had my first visit yesterday. The staff was all very friendly. Crystal was who brought me back and took all my pictures and initial screening. She talked to me the whole time and made me feel very comfortable. I'm happy to have been referred to this office. I know I am in good hands.

I travel over an hour each way to see Dr. Dudee because he and his staff are simply the best. The offices are pristinely clean and impeccably maintained at the highest level. It is obvious that Dr. Dudee and his entire staff truly care deeply about their patients and they operate the facility at the highest professional standards. They are truly the "gold standard" in patient care.

Speaking as a person who has had her eyes checked the last four years by a doctor at Visionworkd, you won't find that here. All of the equipment in this office is state-of-the-art. The people are totally professional. And the doctor is caring and knowledgeable.

Up to date modernize easy to understand helps to move forward quickly.

Dr Dudee has performed 3 surgeries for me. He is awesome! Cant say enough good about him. He has the best staff around from the first person you see to the last at check out. All very professional and kind!

A coworker suggested Dr. Dudee, and I'm glad she did. From check in to the completion of my visit everyone was extremely professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. My visit did not take long & I felt as if I was their primary concern, although of course other patients were there. The facility was bright in lobby, but soothing with dim lights in your exam area. Additionally, the staff does an amazing job ensuring that the equipment is properly sanitized prior to your use.

It is apparent that strict COVID precautions are being taken regularly. This facility will continue to be the establishment that cares for my eyes, especially being diabetic. I highly recommend them.

I wish I could remember the technician that help with my first visit. So young to show such professionalism! Thorough yet pleasant throughout the visit then watched as she scribed for the physician! Efficient and attentive. Physician efficient and went over exam in detail answering all questions. This will be a journey and glad that this recommendation by my Primary Care turned out to be so good. I am hoping each visit will be the same quality experience.

Absolutely amazing staff and doctor. I went in for a specific exam to start medicine for lupus and not only was the staff amazingly kind. Dr. Dudee was so comforting and explained everything which relieved my stress and concern. Would highly recommend this office to anyone.

If i could i would rate this place 10 stars! The place is the best after going to places to get my mother vision check out to see what's was going on. They never help us. Until we were recommended here. The staff is so nice, polite. Especially the lady up front she is the sweetest. I feel very welcome every time l go in. Medical Vision Institute greatly helped restore my vision after years of wearing glasses and developing cataracts. The staff was found to be very professional and friendly. Only have praise for their service.

So far we are not happy with the staff here we had a 3:30 appointment and showed up at 3:15. We were told that we were late and had to reschedule for the same time tomorrow. I will post another review again and keep you updated.

There are alot of nice things I could say about Dr. Dudee and his staff. They are very professional and courteous. Dr. Dudee explained everything to me so that I wasn't as nervous about having the cataract surgery. He said it was the worst one he had ever seen. It was so bad that they couldn't get a test to take on me. So Sat one of his team members had to go into the manuals and figure out another way to make the test work.

He got the test and I had the surgery and now I am seeing 20 20 again! I will recommend them to everyone! I would like to thank Dr. Dudee, Sat, Cheyenne and all their staff for taking such good care of me. I would also like to thank the Lexington Surgery Center for taking such good care of me.

I had an appointment last week here and the doctor and staff were OUTSTANDING! I am new to the Lexington area and was in need of a new eye doctor. All of the staff at the office were extremely nice and really made me feel welcome. I was really tired of going to retail places and waiting forever to see the doctor and getting glassses. The optician Josh was AWESOME!

I am very picky when it comes to glasses and he was so helpful when it comes to suggestions. He was also very detailed in explaining no lines to me and the different benefits of each thing. I was very nervous about them but he took all the nerves away. I just picked them up yesterday and I LOVE them! I would highley recommend checking out medical vision institute! Great service!
