We're committed to expertise in dermatology. The care of your skin is a complicated and rapidly expanding medical field. The study of normal skin function and the understanding of abnormal skin problems requires four years of post-medical school training to achieve dermatology Board Certification. The maintenance of this specialized certification requires 100s of hours of Continuing Medical Education through the American Board of Dermatology. This dermatologic expertise is transferred from Dr. Brazil to our providers by intensive hands-on training.

The office staff is friendly and efficient, and I have never had to wait long after arriving for my appointment. I have had one fractal laser treatment so far to minimize facial scarring and discoloration. Brenda is very professional and pleasant to work with, and I was happy with the result even this early. I expect to have at least one more treatment.
I also had a treatment for spider veins with Brenda. It was a quick and fairly painless process. So far I am very happy with Olympic Dermatology and would recommend them to my friends.

3/30/22 was my first visit at Olympic Dermatology. I got to my appointment early as I always do and when I got into the exam room my wait was very short before seeing the doctor. The doctor was very pleasant, concerned, thorough, and attentive to trying to taking care of my concerns. I am feeling like I am in good hands right now.

My experience was very good though the receptionist wasn't very friendly checking in but the girl that she seemed to be training was very friendly. The receptionist seemed to warm up by the time I checked out so maybe just a rough morning. I was called in fairly quickly so I had very little wait time which was an unexpected surprise. Then every person that attended me was very kind, thorough and attentive to any of my questions and concerns.
I was getting a biopsy done and the procedure was 99.9% painless which was another unexpected surprise. All in all, it really was a great experience. If anyone is considering using this facility, I highly recommend it.

I was referred by my PCP to this practice. I saw Dr Nymeyer who seemed to know what he was seeing on my skin, discussed his diagnosis and the treatment with me, and during all this displayed a slight sense of humor. I was satisfied I was in good hands. I had read all the comments about those working in reception, but I did not hear or observe rudeness. They were simply efficient. I am certainly willing to return.

I would give this five stars because my doctor Suzanne and the nurse were exceptional but the receptionist Tamisha was terrible. Aside from being incredibly rude after having to help me with some paperwork, she told me I had to pay the entirety of my bill there. I asked if they had a payment plan, she said no. I asked if I could pay half and she had to call someone.
After getting home I find out they do in fact have monthly payment plans. She wasn't understanding at all and continued to be brisk, I had to ask her for an appointment card and after she gave it to me just walked away without saying anything. This all without it being busy at all. Genuinely would consider going somewhere else to not deal with her again.

Suzanne is very professional and efficient and gives me a sense of confidence in her ability to screen for problems. Also explains issues effectively. Always have had good visits although this time the receptionist forgot to let the back office know I had checked in and had to wait 30 minutes until she noticed I was still waiting.

When registering as new patient, you are asked to fill out pages of info, download your ID and insurance cards. Then when you go for your appointment, first thing they do is make copies of ID and insurance cards. I had to remind them that I had already filled out all the forms as they were getting ready to have me fill out paper forms. Office staff don't seem to know their systems. MD was informative and professional, would see him again.

Called twice to get an appointment with no call back. Called a third time went straight to voicemail and let them know that I would be canceling my appointments in the future with them. No one ever called me back. Today, I received a email message thanking me for coming to my appointment and they wanted a review. Well here it is. I'm not happy.
