Don't get caught up in their hamster wheel! Found a tumor in my arm over a year ago went to a doctor that referred me to another that referred me to another till I saw 6 different Drs and last 1 referred me to the 1st one! all ordering same tests, all in Ballad! After 1yr 4mos., I got an appt OUT of Ballad, within a month I saw the appropriate Dr and had surgery! If you are getting this same treatment, GET OUT OF THEIR $$ SCAM they have going!

Terrible. I went there because I thought I had a broken rib. I was in so much pain that I could barely breathe. They took and X-Ray and told me that they didn't think anything was broken but that a radiologist would call me in two days. They gave me a prescription for Naproxen (Aleve) and sent me on my way. I waited a month, without sleep, to hear from a radiologist and I called several times to get the results, each time with a promise that the radiologist would return my call. Well, after a month, they told me that it had been broken. At the very least, I should have gotten something for the pain instead of suffering for a month!

This is the worst healthcare facility. I was treated rude by all staff including the MD. I would not recommend this facility. I was misdiagnosed because the staff was packing up their belongings getting ready to clock out even with patients being seen. I was told that there was no fracture and come to find out I had a fracture and had to have surgery. It was a complete waste of time.
