Well it took separate visits to get the correct diagnosis on septic knee the first visit was done by Doctor Clyde Hanson who acted like he didn't want to be there so 18.00 for pills and come back if those don't help well surprise they didn't help at all. My visit today was very professional and precise. They did cat scan and saw I had sepsis wish they would have done that Saturday could have maybe I could have not lost a day of work or maybe more

Urgent Care visit was less than satisfactory for my mother who had severe back pain. After ruling out skeletal issues, no resolution or other treatment was recommended. (other than Tylenol & heat). Further research on our part indicated it may be sciatic nerve problems.

I've been going to the Summit Elma clinic for about a year and a half and I'm very impressed! They've done a lot for me and i've had what feels like 5 dozen appointments so far lol. Im pretty impressed with the provider ive had, there have been a few minor hiccups (largely misunderstandings or issues bc they're busy) but overall he's definitely very much appreciated!

He helped me through one of the hardest challenges of my life. The radiologist that did my ultrasound was really cool! The billing lady is amazing and sweet unlike Prov in Centralia, probably 90% of the staff that draw blood in the lab are great. However on 6-3-22@ ~3PM I TOLD the lab receptionist I wasn't taking one out of the few tests because it wasn't the right time of day for that type and they did it anyways.

The vast majority of the MA's are outstanding and kind, I know there's two girls that definitely aren't but I almost never have them. The girl I usually get roomed by when I see my provider is always awesome! My honest opinion though is that it does seem half of the schedulers are usually grumpy and at minimum quite un-welcoming. That's a small price to pay though, this place has done a TON for me. Id give my Dr. and the MA I usually get credit by name but not sure if that's a faux pas. Ive never used the ER, but I'd try them if necessary.

I live about an hr and a half away (well worth the drive from Lewis County.) Centralia Providence clinics, hospital and ER plus Steck and other regular clinics in Chehalis/ Centralia are terrible. Ive referred several people here and I'm inquiring for a family member about possible employment here as an MA! All parts of the facility are very impressive aesthetically and bathrooms are clean! Soooo much more good stuff and a reasonably small amount of negative. Not enough to deserve a mark down to 4 stars! Thanks guys!

After suffering a miscarriage I thought my health issues would subside as I thought they where caused by pregnancy. Shortness of breath dizzy sick, and having trouble functioning due to whatever is wrong with me. Was told I have anxiety and my symptoms are just mental illness. Prescribed addictive drugs to calm me down. I won't be taking the medication.

My issue is not caused my mental illness. I've had anxiety and depression my entire life and the symptoms are not from this. Symptoms are new and scary, I'm afraid I have something serious wrong. Had to demand to get any blood work done. I'm worried they are going to brush me off and I will suffer forever

The facility is beautiful and my doctor, Dr. Nicolescu is great. Everyone I've encountered here has been exemplary. They lose two stars for the ridiculously expensive prices for labs, x-rays and services, even with a 25% early pay discount. It cost a total of $1,375 for two back x-rays (more than the cost of an MRI I had at an ortho facility). Also, if you're a patient, ensure you check your bills. I've been mistakenly over billed twice in three months and my insurance was overcharged due to a billing error.

Rude staff, extremely slow and more interested in conversing with co workers vs. taking care of patients. Inaccurate medication verification. When I asked why it was so slow I was told because they were waiting for test results. No tests had been done at that point. The reception/check in staff were quick and very professional and friendly.

My husband was seen at urgent care due to covid pneumonia and they told him he needed the er for oxygen and fluids. The er on Friday didn't give him any of that. He got monocinal antibodies and breathing treatment. He needed antibiotics and inhaler. lucky we got a naturopathic doctor that's given us both antibiotics and inhalers. I had a friend of mine seen there at summit also with COVID pneumonia and he's vaccinated and he got antibiotics, steroid shot and inhaler. I believe this hospital is discriminated against the unvaccinated. Summit you've made the biggest mistake of your life.

Dr Graham and her staff were amazing. Don't use the xray department at the hospital if you can avoid it. When we checked in it took the blonde girl up front what felt like forever to acknowledge we were standing there. Told us to have a seat. The wait wasn't long but while waiting you can hear staff in the back using foul language and being extremely loud out into the main lobby.

When we went back they bearded us in like cattle and did the exam so fast I was nervous they didn't get what was needed. When I asked the blonde in the back if it looked okay she told me "can't say talk to your doctor" which is fine but her tone felt like I was wasting her time. This experience definitely backs up the other negative reviews. You're just a number to the people in the hospital. Our insurance dollars pay their salary and they still conduct themselves this way. Real sad considering the harbor area needs places like this.

Very caring staff and doctor Everybody has real different feet conditions. I feel that all will work themselves out. That is the wrong way of thinking. I finally had my feet checked. The doctor does not jump at the thought of surgery first. That part I really like. Well after one visit I feel more confident to wear my flip flops. Do bad fall is around the corner. If you have problems with your feet please go visit this doctor and staff. You will feel good about your feet again.

This is an office that cares and treats their patients like family. The care one gets doesn't get any better, when your feet hurt you hurt all over. I'm so glad I was referred to them a number of years ago and I continue to refer others. Thank you Doctor Hess & Staff (I must say the GREAT service begins with their front-end office yes the nice Gal that takes your call).
