Dr Deramo is extremely competent and caring. He approaches a problem, explains, his approach and really shows compassion. Highly recommend Dr Deramo.

Overall poor experience, agree with the low Yelp reviews that said the receptionists are not very pleasant and seem they would rather be elsewhere. There was an 50 year old tall white male technician who looked like he could knock a man out cold, manhandled my senior mother face like she was a piece of equipment. It was very unprofessional and he was very impatient with her, given English was not her first language.

It seemed like he did not enjoy working with the elderly, even though more than half the patients in the waiting room were senior citizens. This practice seems to hold themselves in high regard but its poorly trained staff made for a very very unpleasant visit. Will not be returning.

Dr Shakin is an excellent physician He explains everything in a manner you can understand. Also his Staff is quite knowledgeable and very courteous as are the Doctor's. I would definitely rate my experience as a 5

Dr. Ferrone is a great doctor, he treated and performed eye surgery on my daughter and we are very happy. Thanks again!

Both were instrumental in saving my eyesight and due to a detached retina there are not enough words that I can use to properly describe their caring the commitment to Excellence their surgery their surgical procedures and everything else that goes with it

Incredible experience with the professional and dedicated staff of VRC. MDs are knowledgeable, talented and caring. They always go the extra mile for their patients. They have earned my complete confidence and trust. I give them my highest recommendation.

3-1/2 hours wait for 10 minutes of doctors's time. INVR was very punctual to send half dozen texts and emails to confirm the appt. I did all paperwork as they suggested online and arrived on time for the appointment. The place does not follow Covid protocol in a very crowded waiting room and then the wait 3-1/2 hours! This practice does not respect a patient's time!

This was the most amazingly fast appointment, my father has ever had at VitreoRetinal Consultants! And, as always Thank You, to Dr Rhee, his efficient Staff and especially Christina M Managing the Front Desk, for the ease of tonight's visit.

Dr. Jessica Lee saw me first as an emergency retinal surgery patient 3 years ago and since as a regular follow up patient. She is knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Office staff is super friendly and appointments are easy to make and change. There have been times where the waiting is 30 minutes but that's rare and they do deal with many unforeseen emergencies on a day basis so I'm okay with waiting.

Dr Ferrone is Excellent! He has seen my daughter since she was a baby in the hospital ( she is now 16) He has great bedside manner extremely knowledgeable and is very patient. Highly recommended
