I had two of my family members admitted on the second floor, Eloina Pacheco (grandmother) & Jose Garcia (father) where they were treated exceptionally. The nurses were very attentive and answered all of our questions. The unit director Sinai (I believe is her name) visited and asked how their care was and if they had any concerns as well as the charge nurses. Dr. Amnerys treated my grandmother with upmost respect and addressed her concerns while explaining everything clearly. Overall, I was genuinely surprised with the positive patient care that was delivered.

If I could give this place zeros stars I would the only doctor that was good was his surgeon. Most of the nurses have an attitude that they don't want to do their job. They speak poorly to patients and complain in-front of patients that they want to go home. They get Irritated when you the family have to call them multiple times because they a short staffed and won't come even if the patient calls them.

Only a hand full of nurses are actually very nice and to them I give thanks but honestly to all these other people (which is the majority) that are irritated just coming into their shift should be fired the sick have no fault of being sick and treating them bad won't make them feel better. I don't understand how they let employees (nurses) treat the patients in such a bad way.

I came here because I was already in Hialeah when I started to feel bad. I typically go to another hospital. Let me tell you I really was surprise. You really can not judge a book by its cover. The ER department was clean and the nurses were the best. The nurse that was helping me out, Magela, was beyond great. I know for them it's their job but she really did make my feel like I was her only patient. Super on top of everything and answered all my questions. I really was surprised by the whole visit. I use to only go to one hospital, now I have two!

Great service, and the nursing care is far greater then what we were expecting! My mother was taken care of by nurse Magela Pellon and is was so caring not just for my mother but for my self as well. My mother was so stressed out because of a wound and well so was I but she make us feel so cared for and even made my mother and myself laugh. She has so much professionalism and bedside care for both the patient and family it is amazing!

She cares for her patients as if she was caring for her own family. This was not just the case for my mother but for all the patients she had that we saw while we were in the ER. What a great person to have caring for your loved one and so down to earth. She went above and beyond trying to make sure we were able to have all the questions a d needs we had be answered! Very special person, we will sure be coming back if need be! Great choice of a nurse Hialeah!

My daughter just had surgery. The communication is excellent and the care the she received amazing. Her nurses in pre-op Kenya and the others were super nice and provided excellent care. Her post op nurses Luis, Yaselis and Leyanet were also excellent and super sweet. You can tell they care about their patients. All the support staff were also incredible. Super pleased with the experience.

My nephew was a patient in the Emergency Room on Tuesday, he wasn't feeling well and he was nervous, but the charge nurse Willie and his team really came through, not only did they make him feel comfortable, they took great care of him. The entire team had impeccable bedside manners. Thank you, Emergency Department

I went thru the ER the other day, was in excruciating abdominal pain and was running a fever for a few days due to an infection i didn't know i had. Mind you, i hate going to the doctor because every time they draw my blood. it's a terror. My veins are thin and jumpy, and it's something I've struggled with since i was a young child. I let the nurse know this when she was going to draw my blood.

She took her time looking for the best vein, tapping certain places and feeling around. When she was finally confident, she went in so smoothly. I just couldn't believe it, she was so gentle and made me feel so at ease. Thank you so much Natalee Jorge, you made me experience so much better

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst hospital I've ever had the displeasure to visit. I was held hostage for 8 hours for my workers compensation coverage since so many people in the ER don't pay. They wanted to admit me during the peak of the omnicron variant, on a holiday weekend, over 3 hours from my home, all for a non-life threatening fracture. Had I not been threatening to just leave they wouldn't have discharged me, even though they already told me they couldn't do anything for at LEAST 6 days. This place stands as a monument to how broken our entire medical system is.

I've been here for 10 days and everyday it gets worse and worse. The staff makes it UNBEARABLE. The nurses are rude. The nurse assistants are even worse. I've seen them ignore patients in need time and time again. It has been plenty time where I had to pray that I don't die in here due to staff negligence. And the doctors do NOT listen to you. They're just running as much tests as possible just to bill your insurance and make money. I didn't have a choice. I was bought here by the paramedics. If you have a choice, please go elsewhere.

Horrid service! Incompetent staff do not expect for doctors to contact you in order to discuss plan of care. Some nurses don't even speak English. No one takes ownership of their responsibility for their patients they just through the ball from one shift to the other with no adequate result in sight. My father was admitted on Sunday and it is Wednesday I have have yet to receive a phone call from a single doctor.

I'm absolutely disappointed and I would never recommend this hospital. My father is currently in the 3rd floor with Covid and neither the attending physician Blanca Gonzalez nor the infectious disease doctor Jaime Campo have bothered to call me with any information.
