Cascade Interventional Pain

Front desk staff wonderful. I was told to bring a driver for an injection and then when I arrived for said injection, they hadn't even gotten approval. Krista has zero compassion and could not have been more rude. They didn't even have my MRI. I do NOT recommended.

I just received my 2nd Epidural treatment & this morning feeling a less pain in lower back glut & legs/ feet. Dr Jay & his staff are knowledgeable, professional & most of all compassionate. Offices ( ben to both locations) are always clean & they practice hygiene that I've never seen; in the Pulluyap office you remove your shoes prior to entering treatment area. I highly recommend Cascade Intervention & pain clinic!

I would recommend Dr. Iyengar to anyone who suffers from back or neck pain. This place is wonderful. The staff is loving, and welcoming, The Dr is very caring, makes sure all your questions and concerns are answered prior to proceeding with the procedure. Highly recommended.

I had a traumatic experience with several procedures at a different clinic. A friend referred me to Dr. Iyengar. He has been simply amazing. His staff is warm, welcome and go above and beyond to help me. Dr. Iyengar is an expert with procedure execution. I am so grateful for the care I receive here.

I was recommended see Dr. Iyengar by a friend for my neck pain. I do not like needles and was extremely nervous. The doctor and his staff really made sure I was comfortable. The doctor was very knowledgeable and answer all my questions and concerns and put my mind at ease. I would definately recommend this Doctor to friends and family!

Dr. Iyengar and his team are very personable. Dr. Iyengar remembers what you and he talk about, family matters or personal information it doesn't make a difference. The work Dr Iyengar performs on me is life changing, I am able to stand the pain in my back and neck.

Bottom Line Up Front: I would never trust this practice. They were devious, rude, and wasted my time and resources. I have no free time, but I thought it was imperative to notify potential future patients to save them from dealing with Lisa and/or Julie (office Admin or maybe nurse, they never honestly told me their positions). As an Army veteran that suffers from severe neck and back injuries, I must now go through the VA process again and search for another pain injection clinic that accepts VA Triwest insurance.

It will be another few months before I can receive the treatment I need. My pain levels are unbearable, but I will bear the pain because this practice was so unacceptably rude and disrespectful that I could not trust them with my care.

Wow I can;t believe the negative reviews. I had 2 back injections from Dr. Jay about 1-1/2 years ago. I was extremely satisfied with the whole procedure from start to finish. I am very needle phobic and the staff was fully aware of this and got me through the terror of needles. They were very vert friendly and a lot of fun. I am a happy go lucky guy and Dr. Jay's staff made me feel like home.

Also Dr. Jay was excellent and friendly. He made me feel comfortable and made my fears go away. A friend of mine and my DO referred Dr. Jay neither had a bad thing to say about him. I cannot express just how much I appreciate Dr. Iyengar and his staff! Especially Julie of whom I usually interact with most often. I first visited Dr. Iyengar's office two years ago. I was in so much pain and on top of that really nervous about the procedure in general. I do not like needles at all! Over the last two years I have visited the office 5 times and each and every time I was treated with care, compassion, concern, respect, flexibility and most of all patience.

The facility is extremely clean and defiantly welcoming. Although, I am not 100% and will never be again, I have piece of mind know that when I am in need I can go to Dr. Iyendar's office and they will take amazing care of me and provide me some relief. A HUGE thank you to Dr. Iyengar and his team.
