Got an alert on my credit of a service from 6 years ago! I'd give ZERO stars if at all possible. Was in a coma at Grandstrand and apparently grandstrand sent my X-Rays to be read by these people. I got charity through the hospital, into which, all my bills were paid by the hospital. Nope. They bill the patient separately, I said "I never gave permission nor had a choice that hospital requested the service from Carolina Radiology.

I never approved nor requested this service. This should have been paid by the hospital since they requested this service." Needless to say. I have wasted my morning trying to resolve this to be tossed around. This is pathetic. Their needs to be statues of limitations on collections, especially if you never requested these services!

I have tried to call multiple times about a $95 bill you placed on my credit. No one answers your phone. To pay online, you need an account number. I have never received a bill from you people. I have insurance and they can't get in touch with you people. This is a crazy way to do business. Finally after 10 months I got someone to answer my calls and got this corrected with my insurance.

The billing department has issues. It isn't fair. Multiple calls and I'm still unable to get in touch with them. I've never seen a bill. Never received a phone call, (other than to schedule). Even more odd, I am a disabled veteran with full benefits that was referred here by the VA! I guess the billing department knows NOTHING of medical filling other than, "oh well, file it on the patients credit and they'll eventually pay." Terrible business practice. How can I pay a bill I have never heard of before. What kind of Radiology costs $110 anyways? Sent it straight to collections. This is a fraudulent company for sure. I'm making a police report.

I have used Carolina Forest Imaging for approximately 12 years for mammograms covered by my same insurance with NO problems. In 2019 CRA billed me and sent me to collections. ONE YEAR LATER and countless hours wasted with this company disputing the charges- and although a representative informed me that charge was finally removed from my account, it has still not been removed from collections!

My insurance company has contacted them MANY times on my behalf and still is not taken care of. Unfortunately will have to find a new place for mammograms as I refuse to do business with Carolina Radiology ever again. Billing dept. is horrible!

Today I see that my credit report show that I have a 55.00 bill that they say I owe. I never received a bill to pay it, but then they send me o collections and now my credit score drops. This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed ASAP. Your billing office is terrible how do you do that to people. Look at all your ratings and responses exactly how it is all being sent to collections with out being notified of a bill fix your mess in your office. We are all being punished now because of your incompetence.

Was seen at the hospital with full insurance. Received a bill from collections, so I called them and was told that my insurance never got back to them. They never tried to call my insurance back again and just sent it to collections and put a hit on my credit report. NEVER use this unprofessional agency. I'm going to contact the BBB about this.

Total sham. I am self pay. Told them this, paid upfront then received a bill for $369.00. Followed all the steps i was told in order to dispute a charge. Still went to a collection agency and hit my credit for nearly 100 points. My score has been above 800 since i was 20! I will not let this go!

I too just found out through Credit Karma that I had a collections notice put on my credit report by Carolina Radiology Associates. I had an MRI procedure at another radiology facility that apparently someone from here read. I also never received a bill, and only found out now the I owed them money from the collections notification on my credit report.

The worse part is that I'm right in the middle of trying to purchase a home. If this problem that they seem to continually keep having with multiple patients causes problems due to this, I will do everything in my power to show just how much of a pattern this is with Carolina Radiology Associates. There is obviously a problem from within their facility when many clients have all experienced the same thing- no bill and then sent to collections.

I was just informed that I was on a collections list for these people for $500. I never went here before and the only time I got an MRI done was at the hospital back in August of 2019. I never received and bills from these people and was never informed that they were even involved. I have a credit score in the 700's and it dropped 47 points. I am more than aggravated and am currently trying to get the situation handled.
